Celebrities’ Income
Different people hold different views about whether celebrities deserve the money they obtained. Most people just see the performers’ perfect shows on the stage, or the musicians’ excellent performances in the concert hall; however they did not see the hard works that celebrities need to do behind the stage and spotlights. The people who do not know how hard that they prepare for a show, a TV show, a movie or a concert, think all celebrities do not deserve the incomes that they get and earn money easily and highly, but they use their efforts to get money as normal people. As the old saying states, “no gain without pain.” The famous and professional celebrities who have high reputations may need to stay up late to practice his performance again and again before going on the stage. People always believe a person’s efforts determines the applause that he deserves. All the efforts

decide that celebrities deserve their high incomes, because they work hard and make efforts on their jobs, put themselves into their work to invent convenient productions to bring benefits to people, and sacrifice their time to entertain the public. Celebrities work hard on their jobs, so their efforts make their high incomes worth. Public figures, as people’s foci and learning objects, often need to withstand the pressures tenaciously and lead the development in various fields. All the people know the reputed celebrities, so when they go out shopping, or buy clothes and food, their identifies will limit their freedoms. Their actions attract attentions from all the people in the world and also influence the society, so they endure the pains and pressures all the time. Public figures may not reunite with their families when Thanksgiving Day or other festivals come because of work reasons. Performers always stay up late to memorize their scripts. Actors have no time to rest because of filming. Athletes often have injury during the competition or practice; they probably would not stand to walk again in the rest of their lives. Their professional dedications unquestionably deserve the money that they get. However, Celebrities do not have time to rest, stay with their families or children, and just contribute themselves to their countries and busy works. Athlete, one of the hardest jobs of celebrities, need to practice and process physical training in order to prepare for their competition and do perfectly in their games. Their responsibilities, making their countries’ sports foremost, let them unable to relax and stop, but must be filled with power to face each hard training. Several sports have certain dangers, such as house vaulting, floor exercise and asymmetrical bars. The athletes are always injured by falling down from the bar or accidentally falling, but they still get up to go on the training and never stop, and a few of them even lose their lives because of unpredicted accidents. The athletes devote their entire lives into sports. Therefore all celebrities deserve to earn rewards and praises, and get high incomes. The celebrities use their valuable time to entertain the public and lead social progress all the time.
Their efforts far exceed the money they get, and they deserve that money. Most celebrities do dangerous and hard works in each field. Ludwig van Beethoven, as a famous musician on the world, created numerous beautiful pieces of music such as Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony. Beethoven dedicated his life to his music; even when he became deaf by playing piano and listening melody, this tough man still put his pain and emotions into his music, and never gave up his music dream to lead the music world. Steve Paul Jobs, the successful businessman and the chief executive officer of Apple, Incorporated Company, made the Apple products popular in the world by his continuous exploration and creation. Jobs contributed his life to his company to invent convenient electronic products, such as phones and computers. Famous people, who make the same contribution as Jobs and Beethoven, show their successful works to the people and make benefits of human, so they deserve the honors and
money. Celebrities also need money to live and take care of their families to make their lives better. Furthermore, they need to pay attention to their behaviors and discipline themselves all the times, and may not feel free to be themselves. As celebrities, their pressures far exceed the stresses of normal people that they need to adhere to their works and have a strong mind to resist outside opinions. Their efforts and incomes have no needs to compare, because the money cannot measure their efforts. Hence, the celebrities deserve their money, but also deserve higher incomes. If a person loses his youth, health and the time with their families, they will lose them forever that will never come back. Time and health are the most important factors for a person’s life; celebrities abandon them to contribute themselves to the public, societies, and world’s cultures. Thus people should not have any doubts that they deserve the money that they get.
As celebrities stand distinctively among the masses and cast out their halos of personality charm and strong suits of skilled abilities, the controversies about them are unavoidable shadows created from their fame. With the popularization of celebrity culture, information synchronization, and communication technology, their lives are publicly exposed and various forms of media (depending on eras) record their flaws. Tough information transmitted to audiences are frequently biased, evidences of objective reality remains, even in the remote past.
Part of the reasons why celebrities become so popular is promoting. The average person wouldn’t buy music from an artist they didn’t know; therefore, it becomes the artist's job to become a greatly recognized figure. Not only are musicians selling the products they hold, but they are also selling themselves. The more popular they are in the media, the more fame, the more money. No one handed Nicki Minaj the title she has today, she took it after years of work, dedication, and putting herself out there. Just as many other things in life, there is a
...e they have a big enough fan bases, but their fans do not really care about them. When you are at Chris rock or Mariah Carey status, and you caused some kind of emotional effect you have reached level ten. People that are able incorporate, or have been through all ten levels of fame; people that are willing to give back to the community are famous geniuses. Oprah Winfrey is a very good example of a person who has dominated everything that has got in her way. She is a true inspiration and her fame will live on forever.
Since the start of time people have entertained the world through different activities. The professional athletes have entertained us through back and forth games. Actors play characters on a big screen to make us laugh and cry. Musicians create feel good music that brighten the day when a nice song comes on. Without any entertainers the world would be dull and not fun at all. Some consider professional entertainers are allowed to have a humongous salary because they do their job better than anyone else. However, others suggest professional athletes, artists, and actors are not worth the big pay check compared to other jobs that contribute to society truly greater. I believe entertainers are paid way too much for what they can do for the future
Many people see the life with fame as a great life, yet, most of the time, it is not as glamorous as it seems. Life choices of many celebrities were not the best. Through the years, these celebrities have been more open about life behind the scenes, but people still think they have a great life. Life with fame is not as what it seems. Life with fame leads to negative paparazzi encounters, haters, and poor personal choices and issues.
Of course a successful company like Apple had to create their own inventions, but Apple with the help of Steve Jobs created one of the most magnificent technologies people have ever seen. Without Steve Jobs computers would look a lot different and may have never become such a necessity to all human beings. But that was not the only thing Steve Jobs created, he also created Pixar who would make many different animated movies together with Disney and one of the first movies Steve’s new company created with the help of Disney was Toy Story, which got hugely popular and all reviews were positive. But later when he joined apple again he worked more on the Macintosh computer to perfect it and make it a lot better than the Apple II. Steve job’s also revolutionized the Music world, by creating all the iPods that would enable you to listen to music that is digitalized on the iPod. But there was a problem, pirating became popular and all the song artists singles that were sold a lot less than before. Steve Jobs then “wanted to offer iPod users a way to download songs that was simple, safe, and legal,” so then he created iTunes, which turned out to be a huge hit
A celebrity's life source is publicity without it they cease to be famous. Celebrities and their lifestyles are often promoted through the media which is devoted to satisfying the public’s interest in celebrities. With this said, magazines, newspapers, and television, scrutinize celebrities life's to reveal candid photos and confidential stories about failing marriages, romances, and drug abuse. Celebrities should not be entitled to privacy because they chose a career that they knew would put them in the constant way of the spotlight, they use media to their advantage, and they influence their behavior through media onto our youth’s minds and attitudes whether it be developmental or consequential.
...ildren, and most of their time must be enjoyed in creating their own private space. During our childhood, we build the seeds of creativity that will eventually determine our personality. And during adulthood, we always look back to the wonders of our youth. Show business is very hard for anyone, particularly for kids. Children do not belong in the entertainment industry. Young stars often complain about a stolen childhood, the pressure they have to face at a young age forcing them to mature fast, and the risks of exposure to dirty show business while still an innocent playful child. Celebrities who were exposed to the limelight at a tender age become scarred for life by early success and tend to compensate for the childhood they were deprived of during their later years in life.
But sometimes it 's hard to tell. Others not so much. For example, many celebrities these days are getting caught in this rat race towards fame and success. One of the most memorable being Lance Armstrong, once a great role model for young people and a mediocre cyclist who ran a live strong campaign for Nike after defeating testicular cancer. A brave and insightful man who had been through so much, looked upon by so many people and fans. All ruined due to his undoubtedly idiotic addiction to lying. After years of lying and cheating Armstrong was completely comfortable with this habit which eventually took over his life and career by controlling him. Once he was in that deep hole of lying he was stuck there for good and had no motivation to ever get out as he never fully came clean about the events and doping he did. Now, all he 's known or even remembered for is lying and cheating for his whole career. When the cameras and stories finally settled after doping for many years, Armstrong 's reputation was tarnished forever and unquestionably never making a come back after this legendary status made such a move and lied so harshly about it. However Armstrong will still undoubtedly be the most famous cyclist in the world for winning several Tour de France titles, and all for what? Lying and cheating. While Armstrong likely spends his days soaking in dollars and spending
This man really took a bite out of the technology industry. Steve Jobs was this man who along with Steve Wozniak founded Apple Computers. Not only was this man an intelligent and innovative thinker, he was the man who created the groundbreaking products that are now “seen as dictating the evolution of modern technology.” (Biography.com Editors, 1) Steve Jobs was a man with a vision who knew he was going to change lives. With that vision he was able to create the most revolutionary companies, focus more on innovating the products rather than the profits, and was able to make products that draw in the consumers. Steve Jobs was the man who revolutionized technology.
Much of the population in the United States is devoted to worshipping those in the spotlight. It is not uncommon to walk down the street and see someone wearing their favorite band’s t-shirt, or reading a magazine focused on the latest celebrity gossip. People spend time throughout the day devoting time and energy to those above them, but also they are striving to be like them. Buying the latest clothes and products that stars endorse is a top priority in the average person's life as they strive to be ‘perfect.’. Celebrities provide reassurance to those who look up to them in their own lives, but celebrities can manipulate the public with controversial words and behavior.
Firstly, I think that entertainers’ athletes are paid so much because they deserve it. An actor isn’t going just wake up one day and say, “I think I’m going to be an A-list act...
Due to public misconceptions about acting or sport it is not uncommon for actors and professional athletes to be subjected to criticism for their earnings. However such criticisms are often made when comparing the earnings of an actor or professional athlete to the earnings of an average citizen, which is unfair and thus this essay will state the side that actors and professional athletes are not paid too much.
The downside of fame is the interference of media in one’s life. In this digital era, it is not difficult to find information about celebrities, no matter how personal. A celebrity’s life is publicized, criticized, and mocked at. Those in the spotlight suffer the humiliation and disgrace of having statements about them- true or untrue- broadcast for millions to find. Whether it likes it or not, the public knows more about famous people than about many political issues (Wright S. 2008). Famous people are being stalked all over and their stories are worth millions of Rands. Media create the profiles of famous people either by exaggeration, opinions or by false statement. Media invasion on private homes and their negative portrayal of famous people all adds up to their breakdowns. This essay will discuss the unfair treatment received by famous people from the media.
For many, fame is synonymous to being exceptionally good-looking, talented, and rich or being born to rich parents. For the most part, renowned people achieved their status because of their contributions to the society, be it through their inventions, innovations, public service, or by sharing their performing talents to the world. While there are others who continuously strived to become famous, there are those who just lived life according to their own rules and it was fame that sought them.
