On 3/16/17, Hennepin Child Protection accepted a report alleged physical abuse, domestic violence of Destiny Jennings by half-brother, Montez Jennings. Per reporter Destiny and Ms. Jennings came home and Montez began threatening Ms. Jennings states he was going to “knock that smile off your face” and "you're really gonna get it if you call the police. Per reporter Montez was throwing food at Ms. Jennings and approached her then Destiny stepped in and Montez pushed Destiny away. Per reporter Ms. Jennings had to go outside to call police as Montez threatened to knock the phone away if she tried calling police. Per reporter Ms. Jennings went to the garage because she was afraid for her safety.
Outcome of Assessment:
CPI went to the location of Ms. Jennings. Ms. Jennings and her daughter Destiny were both at the University of Minnesota Clinic. Ms. Jennings stated that she and her daughter Destiny had a doctor appointment this morning and that's why they preferred to meet at the clinic instead home. CP

Jennings stated that she came back to the house after a few hours and saw her son Montenz's still at the house with his girlfriend. She stated that she got upset and asked him again if his girlfriend can leave the house. Ms. Jennings stated that her son got upset and started to yell loudly. She reported that he approached her closely and Destiny stepped in and they walked out together to the garage to call the police. DSS received a report of physical abuse, physical neglect and substantial risk of physical abuse on March 3, 2017 alleging there is chaos in the home. After returning with his brothers from their cousin’s house, the boys had to go to bed. The reporter stated that Xzavia banged on his mother’s bedroom door on three separate occasions wanting something to eat. The first time he was told to go back to bed and a popping noise was heard. The second time Ms. Kimberly Dawkins grabbed Xzavia by the head, shook him little and told him to go back to bed. The third time Ms. Dawkins grabbed Xzavia, threw him on the bed, got a gun, held him down and pointed it at him. Reporter states there was no clip in the gun. Ms. Dawkins was reported being upset and it was reported that she left the home for twenty minutes but came back. It was reported that while Ms. Dawkins was gone, Xzavia was very upset and he was crying and Tyzhaun stared punching holes in the wall. It was reported that Xzavia says he wanted to die and that Atmorris went and got a knife, stated to Xzavia, “You want to die?”, here’s the knife and the two older brothers, Tyzhaun and Atmorris left the house and Xzavia chased them. It was reported that Xzavia was outside crying and he spent the night with the neighbor.
Last week, Katera was taken into temporary custody and later released to Centerstone of Illinois. Kaella reported an argument ensued after Katera was denied permission to go to a friend’s residence located in Harrisburg over the weekend. Kaella moved from Harrisburg to her current address a few months ago. The argument started inside the residence. Kaella was in her bedroom and Katera was in her bedroom. Katera entered her mother’s bedroom screaming and yelling. Kaella could not control her daughter’s behavior. Katera hit her mother on the backside of the torso with a pot taken from the kitchen and threatened to kill her. Kaella remanded her young son to run into the kitchen and gather all the knives and kitchen utensils so that Katera could not get to them. At this point, Kaella called 911 for help. I spoke to Mike Hoover who stated he was assault at 16124 South 401st Street by Hunter Jones. Mike stated he went to Leith Jones home to retrive a fishing pole that Hunter had. Mike started Leith and Hunter came to his home eariler this week to retrive some shorts that belonged to Hunter.
On Friday, October 30, 2015, approximately 10:40 am Kenneth Cathcart and Imontra Davis were engaged in a verbal altercation in the gym. As a result of this altercation Kenneth Cathcart punched Imontra Davis in the nose. The boys were quickly separated by the coaches and Kenneth Cathcart was escorted to SRO Richardson who standing in the court yard. Imontra Davis received a small cut on his nose as a result of the punch. SRO Richardson then escorted Kenneth Cathcart to his office for processing. He then charged Kenneth Cathcart with Simple Assault. Parent was called and informed that their child was arrested by CMPD and given a 10 day suspension by school.
According to a report from the police, Parker and Marsh were involved in a heated verbal argument after Parker discovered drugs in Marsh’s pocket when he arrived at their home at around 2:00am. She stated that her departure from Marsh was imminent as a result of her discovering Marsh reestablished his usage of drugs. Deborah Flores, 40, who resides next to the couple on 150th street in Whitestone, stated this wasn’t the first heated argument that occurred between Marsh and Parker. “I didn’t think it was serious because the fighting between the two was so often”, said Flores. Even though they saw Jennifer’s talent at the age of five, their relationship was not always understandable. Jennifer made a major decision and that was not to go to College. That decision was very disappointing to her parents who wanted her to go to law school. Her parents supported her pursuit of a career in show business, they did not wanted to be in the expense of her education. When Jennifer told her parents that she was not going to College and law school, they thought it was really stupid to go off and try to be a movie star.

Some of the replies from the mew indicated they were going to see Chateau. The replies included pictures of men. On 10/20/16 Chateau provided the name of her school and the foster parent's address. This information was provided by Chateau's foster sisters. The RP was not aware if the pictures the men submitted were nude or not. Amy Beach was a very famous and influential composer and pianist from New Hampshire, United States. She fought long and hard to get to where she got in her lifetime. Back in the late 1800’s, it was hard for women to get noticed because they believe that their role in society was to stay at home and take care of the family. Clareece Jones, 16 year old female, was referred to this office for counseling by a teacher from her school. She prefers to be called and go by the name, “Precious.” Currently she resides in a halfway house and prior to that she was living in section 8 housing with her mother. Her mother does not work and collects welfare from the state. Her mother is physically, verbally and sexually abusive towards Precious. While living with her mother her main diet consisted of fried foods. There are many days she did not eat and her mother would force her to eat fried foods and then call her, “fat.” Client is in poor health and very overweight.

Per Reporter: Deroen was taking over his father's (F.M.) home for the Christmas Holiday on 12/21/2017. F.M. was arrested for molestation Deroen's nine years old sister (Shakira) in the past.
