Describe The American Dream

When I think of the American Man I think of the American dream, although this generation is lazy. The men who fought for this land and suffered for us, to allow us to have our freedom. Laying their life down, and not giving up till the end so we don’t have to worry. Now that’s what I think of as an American man, a person who fights for his freedom and does not give up till he has finished what he has started. The american has freedom, equality, and an opportunity. These three things describe the “American Dream” people in other countries want this because it is only found in America. We are blessed with these things allowing up to live freely.

Americans have freedom, we fought for in our independence to achieve this. This allows people to

have a freedom of speech. With this freedom we are allowed to express ourselves in different ways. This also lets us freely choose a religion although this country was founded on Christian morals, people can teach differently. People have the freedom of assembly, this lets people get together to talk about ideas and issues. People can also vote for who they think would be a good fit for this country, being able to select who they think should handle the problems going on in the world relating to our country. We also have the freedom of petition allowing us to be able to talk to the government, helping them face decisions. You can also write to your local congressman selected by the people, to request him to work for the passage of the law you want. This freedom allows Americans to live with personal happiness.
Another thing that we have as Americans is equality. To live a “good life” we need to live under equality. This equality allows us to have the same rights as any other American. We have free medical service for all american people allowing us to sustain a healthy life. Although some people achieve more than others they are no different. The reason why we are not ruled is because of equality. We are allowed to live freely because we are created equal. Without this important quality that we have as americans people would be in devastation.
We are considered americans because we have the opportunity to do something with our life. If we apply ourselves, we have the opportunity to live in comfort. We are blessed with school and the right material to get a good education so that we can make something out of ourselves. The diversity in america allows us to have jobs for everyone. If you focus on your education you are able to achieve great things as an american because, you have the opportunity. This excites other generations regardless of class, color, or gender to reach each person’s full potential. This doesn’t only effects the person, but all of us as a community allowing us to grow as a whole and learn to discover and learn new things. Without these opportunities we would not be able to live the way we do today.
The American dream is achieved because we are independent. Each man is diverse from one another but because we are treated equal we are able to come together and talk about our problems and give our own thoughts and ideas to the people that represent who we are, the government. We can cherish freedom, equality, and the opportunity to do something great because we live together as a group, not controlled. We live happily because we can see generations before us and after us to do something great that will impact the community. Without this dream we would be hopeless.
