My will to always see the light at the end of the tunnel even at the darkest times is why I admire the trait so much. In the beginning of any rough situation I always search for a resolution starting with faith, hoping for the best, and letting things fall into place. Relying solely on faith is what has gotten me through many emotional and financial issues. Any Chipotle I have always gone to have always had good service. Their employees are great. There is never a sour moment when you ask for anything, they are always kind and welcoming. I am always greeted with a hello and a smile when I step up to order. Even if the employee serving you has had a bad day it never shows, you would never know. Despite the lines being basically out the door every time you come (which is the only downside to coming here), the wait time can give you a headache. It is worth it, because Chipotle for sure serves fast food; they usually have three employees working to serve the food. One to get what you order prepared, one to add what extras you and to finish packing it and one to cash you out. The menu is very easy to read and figure out what you want. They have all of the print on the menu in white and big font so it makes it simple for everyone to read. So there isn’t any trouble ordering what you want. They have many different options to choose from as well. You don’t always have to get the burrito.

When Chipotle first opened in 1993, the goal was to serve quality food fast, but not be considered “fast food.” To avoid falling under the fast food stigma, Chipotle strives to find the best ingredients with respect to animals, farmers, and the environment. In order to achieve these goals, Chipotle has created a matrix organizational structure that is divisional by location and functional by authority. Writing a story is pretty difficult. Writing a short story is even harder, there is so much that has to be accomplished; in both commercial and literary fiction! The plot, the structure, whether it has a happy, unhappy, or indeterminate ending. There must be artistic unity, chance, coincidence, rising action, climax, falling action. Most importantly there must be characterization. Characters make the story! “anyone can summarize what a person in a story has done, but a writer needs considerable skill and insight into human beings to describe convincingly who a person is” [page 168]
Character is often the setting stone on what a person is judged upon. For someone to have character, they must noticeably stand out, and do extraordinary tasks that a normal student would not usually do. Adults believe that character in a child is usually developed depending of how the child was raised during childhood however, rising 9th graders, believe that they can self mold themselves a character through finding friends and making mistakes in high school. What many people fail to realize is that it all varies on the child.
...en I have a goal. I work hard and don't give up easily. I am a perpetual optimist always looking to the future and learning from my mistakes rather than letting them pull me down. I have a certain amount of natural intelligence, and what I lack I make up for with persistence and tenacity. I have an inherent belief that I will accomplish my goals that keeps me positive and pursuing my goals even when it is difficult to do so.
Unless someone is on my bad side, I have respect for them and will always treat them exactly how they treat me so it works both ways. My greatest personal strength that passes through into my life is determination, determination to be good at whatever I do. I set high values for myself, I believe in doing things well in order to be successful with what I do or the commitment I make. For my career pathway, I want to do something related to kids such as being a kindergarten
One of my greatest skills is being able to be compassionate towards others. By placing myself into someone else’s shoes, I find myself being able to better understand where other people are coming from. I am an extremely caring person that will go to great lengths for anyone. I can easily overlook the differences in other people, and this is what helps me get along with almost anyone that I come across. In order to lead people in a positive direction you need to be able to relate to them on a more personal level. It is much easier when people feel comfortable around their leader. I always like to lend a helping hand or even a shoulder to cry on when it is needed. My strengths include integrity, optimism, faith, innovation, and adaptability. These strengths are important to have in leadership positions. Leaders should have a firm hold on their beliefs and morals in order to have a positive impact on people. Keeping my commitments is crucial to me, because I am a woman of my word. I think this is a good trait in leadership, because people need to be able to count on the person that they look up to. I chose to take a self-objective personality assessment on Outofservice.com to analyze my own personality traits. A series of 60 questions were asked for to me to rate my behavior a scale of 1 through 5 to determine my personality. Questions ranged from, how I am at parties to how much I care for others. These traits have helped me to accomplish many career and educational goals as well as helped me to develop long lasting relationships that have sustained me up until the last year. It seems that hard work and determination are essential in accomplishing almost any goal that a leader sets their sights on. It is my hope that these characteristics will help me to persevere through the difficult times that life and school will thrust upon me. Thus I hope to use my strengths to help me steer the course of my educational and personal goals thus learning how to lead others and myself through turbulent times with grace and dignity. Consequently, my biggest weaknesses and hindrances in leading myself and others are my stubbornness and hesitation to recognize when I am wrong. Good leaders need to know when to admit they are wrong thus allowing them to reevaluate the situation and ask for help if needed. It seems that effective leaders know where their weaknesses lie and can ask for help when needed. This helps them to effectively achieve tasks leading towards long term goals because they know what they can and cannot do. I tend to be a control freak and want to do everything myself, and this is not an effective way to lead. I will need to learn to trust and rely on others to pull
