Just about every adult is aware that there will come a time that they might have to seriously consider obtaining dental bridges. Dental bridges actually bridge the gap that is created by the teeth that are missing in a person's mouth. The bridge is made with at least two or more crowns with false teeth. At one time people only considered the traditional fixed dental bridge. However, there are vast improvements in the dental field. Now, there are more types to consider. For example, one improvement is the fixed implant supported dental bridge that people are requesting at dental bridge services in Toronto.

Traditional Fixed Dental Bridge
At one time, anyone considering replacing missing teeth asked for the traditional fixed dental bridge. This is the type of bridge that was probably worn by your parents and grandparents. However, today there are many more choices for the dental patient to consider. Still, there are some that still prefer the traditional bridge. The traditional variety consisted of at least two crowns and false teeth that are attached to the crowns. The fact is that they are still more prevalent than newer models. The teeth were usually made out of porcelain material or ceramic material. This material looks very real and life like. Very similar to natural teeth.
