Introduction

What is dengue fever? Dengue fever is caused from a transfer of misquotes bite to human that contains the Aedes aegypti virus. The disease affects people that live in countries such as South Asia Pacific, Caribbean and South America. There has been a major outbreak in India due to large demand to live urban area. One major problem these countries have is their drainage system when rain falls. When it rains, it leave a large body of water that become unclean which is a target site for misquotes to start to breed.
The Dengue fever cannot be eradicated because there are no cure and vaccination for the disease. From my research misquotes that have the Aedes aegypti virus tends to revisit the countries they had infected over a period of time that past. The threat with this dengue virus is that it can lead to death, which is the biggest concern to poorer countries.

A particle country, I will discuss is the Dominican Republic. There were 33 missionaries from the United States travel to the country for Humanitarian Service. Around February 2008 to help with reconstruction of an urban community that was destroyed by the storm Olga in December of 2007.Their stay was only a week long. They slept in tropical-style house in the urban Santiago. On their way back to the United States fourteen of them were infected with dengue fever. Before they attended the trip only two of them was educated on the disease. This disease was epidemic in the Dominican Republic at the time.
