This famous saying is the principle guiding throughout my life, helping me to mold myself into a successful individual.
I, Vamsi Krishna AUKULURU, wish to be a student inMaster of Public Health a distinguished University in USA in order to achieve my academic and professional aspirations. After an exhaustive analysis of infrastructure, faculty, syllabus and the array of program choices offered, I am convinced that this university more than adequately meets my expectations. To enable you to assess me, I present this statement, which summarizes my academic background and goals.

Being able to identify patterns and relationships that are not obvious to others is perhaps my greatest strength.
During my schooling, I had a special interest towards Science. The first sense of achievement came when I stood in top 10 in the Secondary Examination (10th) with 68%of marks. My predilection to Science in school prompted me to choose B.P.C(Biology, Physics, Chemistry)as my major in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) where I worked even harder thereafter and I finally managed to stand with 63.4%of marks. I always felt that Pharmaceutical Sciences would be the area, which would give me the opportunity to learn and survey how the fundamentals of science can make wonders.
I have always set a very high target for myself and have worked diligently to achieve it. To excel meant so much to me. No stopping on catching up my goals. Secured top percent in Bachelors with 69%. I was the Silver Medalist in RGPV university specific in Electronics and Instrumentation Branch and completed my under graduation Engineering with honors (80%). I was also the member of student council in college for two consecutive years and represented class as Class Representative. For as long as I could remember, I have always been interested in the way things work in the world around me. Naturally, my curiosity in these things led me to love all things science related. My favorite subjects throughout my educational pathway this far have been in the sciences. Because I enjoyed them more than other classes, I was more engaged and eager to learn. When it came time to decide on a career I knew that I wanted it to be in the science field.

My first few terms were spent in classes meant for those who wish to pursue a career in psychology. Luckily, I was able to figure out early on that psychology was not for me.
