Cause and effect essay for the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights : Nicole Talham The Declaration of Independence and The Bill of Rights            Nicole T.    What do you think of when you hear “The Declaration of Independence ?” What do you think of when your hear “The Bill of Rights”? Most high school kids find it very boring. But, there are some kids that are amused by it. When I started reading and studying both of these, I found it interesting. The Declaration is based off of complaints that King George III caused to happen. That's when The Bill of Rights come in.
