The Aztec city was one of the biggest most advanced cities in the world. Every part of the
Aztec?s lifestyle was more advanced than any other civilizations that lived around there time.
The Aztecs had a strange but impressive way of life and how they managed to become what
they became only history history knows. The Aztec were so technologically advanced they
started school in their civilization that teached astronomy and philosophy way before the
Americans did. Also in document two it has a picture that shows that they had a calendar at the
time.

The Aztecs civilization has a population of around three hundred thousand people in the main
city that was Tenochtitlan , this was 5 times the size of London during 1519. The Aztecs

earliest civilization of the Aztecs was Itzcoatl from 1427 to 1440 & the latest being
motecuhzoma xocoyotzin from 1502 to 1520 . The civilization known today as mexico city is
built on top of the ruens of Tenochtitlan which was the main city of the Aztecs. Tenochititlan was
also home of the Sun's god temple the most important god in the Aztecs religion. The Aztecs
civilization was so advanced that they had a very sophisticated way of growing their crops and
especially the way they irrigated their plants. They had canals as it shows in document eight
they had rows of crops and at the end they had trees to anchor the soil. They would make rafts
so that they could put their plants in the water and never have to water them the plants would
drink water when they want to.

A very important custom for the Aztecs was religion. The Aztecs religion is very hard
