Daniela Vega Daniela Vega Hernandez was born on June 3, 1989 in San Miguel, Chile. She was the first child of Igor Vega, a Printing owner, and Sandra Hernandez, a housewife. After a time, the family moved to Nunoa, where her brother Nicolas was born she did not have a nickname. Daniela began studying Opera with her grandmother at the age of eight.Growing up, she attended an all boys school where she was bullied. Daniela Vega hasn’t been married. People don’t know where she is living now she has been traveling a lot she is not staying anywhere right now because she has been doing a lot of stuff working on her projects she has a lot of things to do right now in life since she won her award for her successful movie she did and after being the first transgender winning an oscar that is very surprising for people because they have never chosen a transgender person to win an oscar it has been almost ninety years that a transgender person has won an award. …show more content…

Daniela Vega appeared in Fantastic Woman, which won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film. It took her years to start thinking of herself as an actor and not just someone who was trying her hand at acting. She was as surprised as anyone to receive a script she’d been a consultant with years prior to find herself in the lead role. She decided instead to try to do different careers. She trained as a cooker, although no one wanted to hire her, but later she got a degree in makeup and hairstyling, which eventually brought her to the stage.
