Persuasive Essay
No juvenile crimes. No iresponsibility . No late curfews. Some school activities usually end during the time when there is a curfew which is from 11pm. Some schools maybe even end school activities at 6pm because for some kids they may need to find a ride home or catch public transportation such as Marta. This may gives the minor or student a head start.Curfews are very important and need to be implemented because it would prevent juvenile crimes at vacant streets at night, the minor get a sense of responsibility and it also promotes good health. Curfew are quick and easy to fix but are very necessarily and very effective said James Alan.
In 1960 ,Act 41; on August 17,1960 the curfew for minors under the age 16 shall not loiter ,idle or congregate in public street,

highway, alley or the park between the hours of midnight and 6am immediately accompanied by a parent or guardian to accompany the minor or where is other legitimate directed by his parents or guardian.Curfew have been around for thousand of years and work to help maintain control over a group of people by limiting their movements around public areas .Having a curfew in place means that you are not able to be outside in public areas at a certain time at all. That includes trails and buildings in some states or areas. In most case ,curfew are during the over night hours. Curfews first began to catch people eye late in the 1960’s. Curfews provide times for teens to be out of trouble ,This time could be spent to have family time .This time would be needed and incorporated intto teens life. No juvenile crimes will be committed at night at the vacant streets not only there but at any where vacant. If curfews are not enforced they might get caught trespassing .They might even get breaking and entering. These can be crimes that the teenager can face major time for,nd as a parent of the teen would not do not think you would like to encounter this type of thing happen to your child .These issues would not have to be happening if there was a curfew. For example in Dallas texas all youth under the age of 17 violent crimes by juvenile have decreased by 30.3 percent and overall juvenile crime is down by 20.7 percent compared with the two years before the ordinance begin( Legeslature .Mi.government.) Another argument that states why curfews should be implemented is because it gives the teenager a chance to get some responsibility. With a planned curfew the teens could learn some sense of responsibility in their lifetime. For example say for instance you have a curfew on a college campus. If you have a curfew in your younger childs hood ,when u get older it should already be a habit and should not be hard on an campus that has a specific time for you to be in.See in this example the scholar has some sense of responsibility and it gives them a chance to hold their own self accountable for their own action. Another argument would be that the scholars would not have an unhealthy diet .When I speak about an unhealthy diet I am talking about their sleep diet and their breathing diet. Most kids who don't have a curfew don't necessarily have a time period to be in to bed and therefore they are exposed to late night eating. These eating habits can become a big issue. In some cases it can turn into eating a lot which can turn to obesity. This diet could be bad for getting rest also .Some of the kids are exposed to a late night sleep.Late night sleep in some cases because the scholars not to have a good bay and have not so good progress I. 86 percent students says curfews are reasonable because 35 percent of the students don't have a curfew and the student who don't have a curfew, they are mostly tired(Efects on Teenage Curfew.).65 percent feel that they should have a curfew because they wish they weren't tired.( Reasons For Teenage Curfew..) As teens who are still growing we need at least 8 hours of sleep and due to the lack of implement in curfews they are not getting as much rest to be successful(Reasons For teenage Curfew.) Some may say that curfews are not necessary to teens life today under oath .Curfews are not necessary in under oath teenagers life. Curfews are not necessary because it will make all the kids made and that is like having no trust in anyone .Some teens think that they are being held behind bars, which only makes them want to rebell more .In that case why give them a curfew when they are probably not going to listen.Kids should have the right to be free and at least give them a chance to have some room for mistake . Kids or teens would not have to worry about getting in trouble and they most definitely would not have to worry about the teens hurting their parents. As a teen myself who has a curfew, feels as if it is mt reponsibility to let not only the student know but the adults in ordre for other generations and also mines to become successful and it should start with me. Ask your self these questions .Are you a parent or guardian doing what is needed for your child in order for him/her to be successful in life by giving them a curfew and are you as a child holding yourself and your parent accoutible for these actions as well. Now you must at least try to become a child who has a curfew now that you have not only seen the good outcomes but the bad outcomes as well. Do it for your health and not anyone else take control of your future . In order to become curfew ready you would have to do the following .Make sure your scholar does everything before time or in their free time- Doing things ahead of time takes not only the stress off of you but it also is something less you have to do and have more free time and still could be in by curfew.
Keep in mind that you have a responsibility to uphold which is to uphold your scholar to the expectations you have set for them to uphold - This keeps your scholar out of trouble and makes them get the feeling that they have an responsibility as well.
In order to stay on top of your things and make sure you are successful in taking responsibility in your curfew. You would have to move the unnecessary things in your schedule in order to follow the curfew rules on your state, city, or town.
If you cared about your teens life or mabey cared about it you would enforce curfews cufews need to be implemented because it will prevent juvinile crime, prevent irresponsibility and lastly but not least creat a better and haelthy diet for the scholar. It starts with you but until we as a generation succede we will have to implament a curfew and it can also begin to bring a better

As shown above, curfew laws can play a very critical role in a teenager’s life. It can assist with keeping the city safer, help them get enough sleep, and help them build their personal skill under a well-structured system routine. A lot of people might find curfew laws for teenagers unconstitutional and contradict the first amendment, so they decide not to abide with it. But by doing so, they are placing more a bigger experience to teenagers who are still working on developing their skills to take on new challenges. After all, Teenagers are the future of our society if we don’t teach, coach, direct, and offer guidance their future will be unstable and unproductive and that will affect the entire nation.
Today, teen curfews are commonplace and supported by voters. Bainbridge observes that according to Jet Magazine’s survey taken in 2011, 75% of the voters were in support of curfew laws (13). Parents arrange for young children to go to bed at an earlier time than teenagers (Psychologytoday.com). Teens receive the privilege to stay up later but this can mean that they will be out on the streets later at night. McKinny indicates that curfews are in place to protect the youth from crimes that may harm them or take the children’s lives (Time.com).
The answer teens today must make is no longer just what shoes to wear or what matches what, but the must decided on drugs. Amongst those is alcohol, which is a choice most teens make even before they are teens. I have actually talked to some people that were drinking at the age of eleven and twelve. Everybody I have met has at one time drunk alcohol before graduation. Police officers sit day and night coming up with ways to extinguish this problem, but no matter how much effort they put forth it will and has continued. People all have different views on the solution to this problem, but before we get to their thoughts and mine, I would like to ask you a question. Would you as a parent or person rather have kids drinking at a house with chaperons where they will be staying all night or driving home drunk because you do not approve of it, and enforce a curfew?
They open up the doors to a new discussion that explores the idea of not punishments for crimes they commit, but preventing them before they take place. Staying after school, involved in productive activities seems to help students stay out of trouble. Curfews are imposed in some states, preventing juveniles from being out past a certain time until a time early the next day. These curfews are said to be in place in order to prevent crimes, but there are no statistics to back this up, as there are for the crime rate dropping with kids staying after school. Regardless, these are matters of precaution taken in order to attempt to prevent crimes from happening at the times in which they’d be anticipated to. If things are in place in order to prevent juveniles from committing crimes, the crime rate will drop, and many people will be saved from entering a world unknown to the world that is prison. Stopping juveniles from committing crimes would maybe them cause adults to not commit crimes as well, since in essence, these juveniles will indeed one day be adults. By implementing laws, states and law makers understand that there will always be people that don’t follow them. By stating programs, allowing juveniles a place to reconcile with small mistakes they make, or creating a safe-place where they can seek help from
In the Outsiders, the minors do not have a public curfew, but personally unlike some, I think it would have helped them. This would have made them avoid problems, and to keep them safe. This could have stopped some of the fighting between characters such as Pony and Darry. I will give some examples of the good and the bad.
Imagine a world where there is no standard state-set curfew on every single teenager. Doesn’t that sound like the world we live in? Even though we have a state curfew, barely anyone even acknowledges it. It’s not like you hear about crimes committed by teenagers every single night because they were out past their curfew. That’s because most of us have parents. And most of them care. The government, however, chooses to disregard the fact that we have parents/legal guardians, and that it’s their job to set such rules for us.
Strict rules create rebellious teens. Many people think that curfews are a fundamental way to keeping teens out of trouble, but this is not the case. Curfews are neither applicable, justified, nor are they a way to diminish criminal activities committed by adolescents. Curfews are ultimately useless because there are too many reasons that contradict why a curfew would work.
They are out there causing trouble, drinking, smoking, and having sex. The teenagers: feared by parents all around the world. That is not the reality; the majority of teenagers will not be out looking for trouble. On a typical Friday night teenagers will be hanging out with their friends, catching up with everything that has gone on during the week. Why do parents fear for their teenager’s lives? So often we hear about violent crimes and things that go bump in the night, but do we think that the problems can be solved by a magical curfew? Can parents really keep their teenagers out of trouble or does an imposed curfew only lead to resentment and chaos? Parents think back to when you were a teenager, did you have a curfew? If so, did you follow the rules or break them? Teenagers are no more likely to follow the rules today than they were in the past. It is not likely that creating a curfew for teenagers will cut down on the risk of violence and rule breaking.

Educate a puppy not to bark at night If there is something that can despair an owner and the neighbors of our community are the continuous barking of a dog. This problem leads to neighborhood complaints that tend to end in complaints and payments of fines, and in the worst case, in abandoning the dog. To solve the problem of the puppy that is constantly barking at night, it is important that you know that it has a solution, that it is not necessary to resort to abandoning the puppy or to the purchase of harmful devices such as electric shock collars or other techniques Which are a bad deal in all rule towards the animal, you simply have to learn how to raise a puppy to prevent it from barking. Students need to be supervised after a specific time of night. This isn’t because they will do something disruptive, but they might run into trouble and not know how to react. Stated in an article by Ebscohost, “Hundreds of U.S. cities have laws of curfew that apply to kids 17 and younger, and with that crimes and deaths have went down significantly over the last couple of years”. This valid fact supports the opposition that curfew is over all a good idea for students and parents. If more cities could recognize this now the world can be a safer place. In another example while being in darkness you are more vulnerable to get hurt. You cannot see as easily as you would if you were in light thus making it easier to hurt you. While being inside in a well-lit room or sleeping, you are guaranteed to be much more safer than being outside. Students shouldn’t even be out that late; there is no need to be. All stores are closed, no one is outside, and you are just waiting for trouble to strike.
