Even before I registered for this course, my anxiety level was increasing by asking myself, will I be able to understand research or is there a chance for me to be successful in this class. Like everything in life is a sacrifice, I did spend a large amount of time preparing for classes and assignments, and also avoid to miss a learning opportunity. Shortly after the first class, my anxiety level started to decrease little by little. The first meaningful ideas is that nurses utilize evidence- based practice approach because evidence- based practice guide nurses to structure how to make appropriate clinical decision.
