Even though this is the first time of me going through this type of learning and thinking assessment, I do agree with all the three results. Each of them seems to depict my way of learning and thinking.
Thinking Style
Concrete Random
As a concrete Random thinker, I have the tendency of thinking through issues that arise in my personal and work life before actually tackling them. I rather analyze the issue, try to understand the cause and why it happened, before I look for ways to resolve it. I see myself as a risk taker, very critical of what I do, and also seeking for ways to improve myself.

An example of this was about two weeks ago when my director walked to my office to inform me about a request that he had received from another director. In a polite way, I had to explain to him that I needed it in writing in order to avoid mistakes.
Conclusion
Having known my primary learning entry point to be logical and the secondary being hands on, as a leader, I see myself not accepting things at face value but analyzing them in order to arrive at a reasonable or logical conclusion. As an employee, being a hands on person allows me to use my imagination to either invent, or manipulate things to enhance my overall output at work. Furthermore, as a concreate random thinker, this would help me take risks and also use my intuition to solve problems. As an employee, I would be able to compete with other employees in my organization. Lastly, as a visual person, I find this quality to be helpful personally as a manager given the tons of information one has to process. As a manager I am able to picture things in my mind’s eye without trying to remember the details of information in order to do my work
