As we all know there are many challenges the criminal justice system faces. The system is not perfect. Everyday more and more problems arise. While more problems are arising there are also people out there trying to fix the current issues at hand. Many of the issues have been around for a while and will take years for the solutions to take place. Some challenges that they are facing do not currently have a solution. The criminal justice system works with a variety of other organizations, so coming up with one solution will have either a positive or negative affect one or many other organizations. The criminal justice system is a large and far-reaching segment of America's judicial and legislative branches. Attorneys and lawmakers have recognized some main areas of concern that demands attention, action and adjustment. They are all tasks that put unnecessary burdens on the criminal justice system, using time, money and extra work. Some of the issues are drugs in the community, youth violence, health and overpopulated prisons, violence against women, the death penalty, and many more. ...
