"What’s this?” I say, staring at my companion’s screen, a photo of a youthful female, I would say 35, with long rust-coloured hair that concealed her face. My companion describes “That girl, she went missing last night.” She looks me deep into my eyes. “Someone consequently goes missing a night after the attack.” My brain, filled with various possible solutions. All these concepts that could solve the link to the murder. “Well miss, it must be the doing of M.J,”. I stop. She could be onto something. “Elaborate.” Daniel Leans back in her chair. “Well, um, It just is,” “If so, that would change everything.” I pace up and down the room, figuring out solving all the possibilities. Why would someone leave the night after a murder crime? Where does this M.J get involved? They just don’t link. …show more content…
So there's this girl Mitchel?” Well, I guess I talk too fast when I get close to a closed case. “It's Michael Jones, sir.” He leans down and take out a leather bag, opened with a laptop being pulled out. After seconds of furious typing, “This is all I found.” I lean into over his shoulder, names all having Michael Jones. “Stop,” I point to the picture of the same woman with dark, flowing hair. “Are you sure? Her files say that she’s been dead for over 5 years.” This can’t be. “No, it has to be her. She was there. I SAW HER AT THE MORGUE.” If she has died, she must’ve somehow revived from the dead. Supernatural isn’t real! Unless she faked her death. “May I see the body?” If she isn’t dead this could mean she is, is, controlling the girl from last night to murder the man. “Here are some photos of her dead body.” Pictures of a young girl lying on the ground in a bushy area are displayed on the screen. It seems she died from a slit throat and the scratches on her body must be from rolling down the hills. I take the laptop, just to take a closer look, and look at close up photos of the dead body. It definitely looks like the

The sentencing of underage criminals has remained a logistical and moral issue in the world for a very long time. The issue is brought to our perspective in the documentary Making a Murderer and the audio podcast Serial. When trying to overcome this issue, we ask ourselves, “When should juveniles receive life sentences?” or “Should young inmates be housed with adults?” or “Was the Supreme Court right to make it illegal to sentence a minor to death?”. There are multiple answers to these questions, and it’s necessary to either take a moral or logical approach to the problem.
THE PAST :.. In days gone by, the four species managed to live in perfect harmony. Witches, werewolves and vampires lived in secret, blending in with the humans on a daily basis - and the humans remained completely in the dark about their existence. It was after thousands of years of living this way, whilst everything was completely normal, that a small group of vampires decided that they’d had enough. They spent months devising plans.
"And I say the girl's dead and we all helped to kill her and that's what matters."
A killer is not born. A killer is made. However, we are all born with the potential to kill, and any one of us can be made into a killer. It might take a lot to drive us to murder, but some people are simply more susceptible to the idea than others. People tend to believe that serial killers are mentally ill individuals, however, more often than not, they are rational beings who have suffered tremendously. Often, we cannot tell who is a serial killer. It could be the person standing next to you, and you would not have the slightest indication. Serial killers are shaped by isolation from their peers, neglect from loved ones or caregivers, and copious amounts of physical and psychological abuse as children.

Jack the Ripper, the Zodiac Killer, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, Son of Sam, the BTK Killer. The names and assumed names of these cold-blooded serial killers are forever branded into the cognizance of people everywhere. This is mainly due to the mass media coverage, including newspapers, movies, television specials and books. This media coverage brought to light that these killers were, on the surface, normal, successful, attractive, productive members of society – that is, until the time that their heinous crimes came to be discovered.
Brenna Courtemanche Professor Crombie ENC 1102 4 April 2014 The Mind of Serial Killers There is no specific manual or "how to" book to depict what a serial killer would potentially act or look like. It would be comforting if real-life serial killers were like those in the movies. If they were obviously masked like Jason on Friday the 13th, we would be aware whenever they approached. If they were introverted loners like Psycho's Norman Bates, they could not trick us so easily into their deviant plan.
"Nonsense, if you remember, this won’t be the first murdered person I've seen. I assume that's why all these cops are here."
Habits of the Creative Minds is a simple textbook with a particular twist. I began reading the book thinking it was going to be a basic textbook, but the author,Richard E. Miller and Ann Jurecic, changed the tone of the book and put it into a metaphor. This metaphor was about the reader in your writing, or for anyone reading should feel like Alice in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. The reader should be reading, and figuratively fall into the reading, by this the authors means the reader should not want to put that book down. They should be engulfed in the book and read from cover to cover. The attention must be maintained and the best way to do this is by making the writing unique. The authors of this book puts
