Mr. Peabody saw the Earth got swallowed by the red giant Sun, like a snake swallowing a man whole alive, through his electrical telescope as he watched from Gliese 581 G. Quickly, he was telling everyone what he saw in his telescope. He thought it was a great lesson to get away before we die.
Well, it all started 76 years ago, the Earth was 9.55 billions years old and people are wearing a mechanical suit to protect themselves from the hot magnificent heat of the red giant star called the Sun. The temperature is about more than 189 degrees since the Sun is gradually growing and hotter every billion years until it dies and turn into a planetary nebula to a white dwarf.
One day, at a classy, old house, there stands Mr. Peabody staring at the Sun while looking anxious about something. He thinks there are 64% chance of the Sun expands to the Earth’s orbit, which mean the Earth is going to get swallowed and dies. After that, he then searches about the Sun life’s cycle, it told him that the Sun is expanding to Earth’s orbit and then turn into a planetary nebula which turn into a white dwarf. He got scared and search which planet is liveable like Earth and he found it a planet liveable like Earth called Gliese 581 G is about 2 light years(20 trillion km) away in the Gliese 581 system and he then search about Gliese 581 G. He thought it might be better if they leave, since the Sun is swallowing Earth and he don’t want to die like that, even though it’s too hot to live on Earth as if the Earth is Venus.
He then said to his adopted son called Sherman, who is 10 years aged and told him about it. Everybody forgets about this since technology has improved from the last 5 century and now everybody forgot since they are ob...

...Earth and everything else is the same when the Earth was 4.6 billions years ago.
3 years later, Gliese was transformed into a mechanical, technology planet which everyone is safe to live there. Unfortunately, remember the boy called Saidou, he died on Earth after 4 years of living with the heat and melt peacefully to death. Once people, who were living on Gliese 581 G is living like the people on Earth when it was the year 2120.
70 years later, Mr.Peabody waited for this moment for a long time to see the Sun swallowing the Earth through his electrical telescope. ”Boom” shouted Mr. Peabody and was telling what he saw through his advanced glass and everybody was spellbound to see this happening. That’s the end of the story and everyone live happily ever after Gliese died later.
THE END
First, during the last few decades the Earth is experiencing greater rate of rising temperatures due to greenhouse gases that are being produced by human activities rather than because of environmental reasons, such as solar or volcanic activities. In 2006 the President of the National Academy of Sciences stated: “There is no doubt that the Earth is warming,” also he added that people are at least partly responsible for these changes in addition to regular factors (Cicerone, par.4). Natural factors have produced climate fluctuations on Earth for several million years. People have effected an atmosphere of the Earth just for nearly one hundred years, since Industrial Revolution has begun (Revkin 340). Of course, it is unfair to say that global warming is caused entirely by humans. For example, people can not have an impact on the position of Earth in relation to the sun, or on the galactic density, or such nature events as air emissions of volcanic gases. As a result of these environmental factors, Earth usually had higher rates of temperature fluctuations during the previous million years than it has in later centuries. On the other hand, people are responsible for the highest concentration of greenhouse gases during the last 650,000 years in the atmosphere due to industrial manufacturing, driven by the increase in consumer consumption (Lindsey, par.
The Earth should last for millions of years and gradually get colder until all life forms die, unless God steps in and brings the world, as the world knows it and passes out the last judgment. The population does not know when the Second Coming will transpire but they must be perpetually on the watch because it will come like a thief in the night.
“That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind,” were the now famous and iconic words or Neil Armstrong as he became the first man to set foot on Earth’s moon. The advanced research mankind has made to further their understanding of the vast, astronomical unknown of space has opened up numerous doors of opportunity to fathom the universe, but not without drastic repercussions.
Mankind’s industrialization of the world has caused a drastic increase in temperature. This rise in temperature is caused by solar radiation remaining in our atmosphere because of gases produced by humans through the burning of fossil fuels, land clearing, agriculture, and other human activities. These gases block the radiation from escaping into space therefore warming our planet. The result is raising of ocean levels, extinction of species and threatening of children’s health because of disease and less freshwater to drink. While many view climate change to be a more natural occurrence than others do, scientists have proven the average temperature rise of the Earth between 0.4 and 0.8 °C over the last 100 years.
The Creature That Opened My Eyes Sympathy, anger, hate, and empathy, these are just a few of the emotions that came over me while getting to know and trying to understand the creature created by victor frankenstein in Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. For the first time I became completely enthralled in a novel and learned to appreciate literature not only for the great stories they tell but also for the affect it could have on someones life as cliché as that might sound, if that weren’t enough it also gave me a greater appreciation and understanding of the idiom “never judge a book by its cover.” As a pimply faced, insecure, loner, and at most times self absorbed sophomore in high school I was never one to put anytime or focus when it came time
The last thirty years have been warmer at the Earth’s surface than the previous years since 1850. Case in point, it was reported that in the Northern Hemisphere the last 30 years (1983-2012) were the warmest in the past 1400 years.
Throughout history climates have drastically changed. There have been shifts from warm climates to the Ice Ages (Cunningham & Cunningham, 2009, p.204). Evidence suggests there have been at least a dozen abrupt climate changes throughout the history of the earth. There are a few suspected reasons for these past climate changes. One reason may be that asteroids hitting the earth and volcanic eruptions caused some of them. A further assumption is that 22-year solar magnetic cycles and 11-year sunspot cycles played a part in the changes. A further possibility is that a regular shifting in the angle of the moon orbiting earth causing changing tides and atmospheric circulation affects the global climate (Cunningham & Cunningham, 2009, p.205). Scientific studies suggest that all these played a role in past global warming and cooling periods. Today, however, there is a lot of conflict on whether humans are causing a global warming that could be disastrous to humans and all species of plants and animals on this earth. This paper will first explain the greenhouse effect, then take a look at both sides argument, and, finally, analyze the effect of global warming on world-wide sustainability

Other changes are more gradual but much more dramatic when viewed over long time scales. Powerful telescopes reveal new stars coalescing from galactic dust, just as our sun did more than 4.5 billion years ago. The earth itself formed shortly thereafter, when rock, dust, and gas circling the sun condensed into the planets of our solar system. Fossils of primitive microorganisms show that life had emerged on earth by about 3.8 billion years ago.
Nine of the eleventh hottest years in the 20th century have occurred since 1985 which is not consistent with a natural trend. Glacier Shrinkage is occurring at a much faster rate than can be explained by natural trends. Even when the heat effects of volcanoes and other misleading weather phenomena that would make the temperature of the earth seem higher than it actually is being taken out of consideration studies show that the surface temperature of the earth has been increasing at a rate of 0.17 degrees Celsius per decade. These figures are not consistent with a natural trend, and, when one considers the tens of thousand of years in which humans have inhabited the earth, and that humans have really only started burning fossil fuels heavily since the industrial revolution, and the fact that the world’s population is only going to increase, this number is dauntingly
The planet Earth has been around for a really long time. Trees covered the grounds and all kinds of animals roamed the land. But this was before humans began to burn fossil fuels, before land was starting to be cleared, and before the climate began to change. The change in climate on planet Earth is called ‘global warming’. Some people do not believe that this phenomenon is really happening. Based on the facts, it really is happening. The surface of the Earth is warming rapidly and humans are a main cause. This paper is about global warming, the causes of it, the changes in climate on Earth, and the potential dangers of it.
At the beginning of the story, the narrator describes, “the afternoon sunlight was like a presence in the room” (Carver 5). Their optimism on their conception on love develops into pessimism. At the end of the story, the narrator notices, “the blue layer of sky had given way now and was turning dark like the rest. But the stars had appeared. I recognized Venus and, farther off and to the side, not as bright but unmistakably there on the horizon, Mars” (Carver
Higher average temperatures are being recorded worldwide, and this is caused by greenhouse gases trapping more heat in the earth’s atmosphere. 2000-2009 was the warmest decade ever recorded and It is predicted that the average temperature around the world could increase anywhere between1°C to 4.5°C by 2100, depending on whether humans keep adding greenhouse gases to the atmosphere at the current rate, or reduce theses levels.

Once upon a time, I was walking around until I bumped into this weird looking room thing. I went inside and noticed that it was a time machine. Since I was learning how the earth was made in science, I decided to go back in time to where it all started. I set the options to 5 billion years ago and then I clicked go. The machine took me there in a flash. At that exact time the sun was being made. I observed that there were dust and rocks flying around everywhere around the sun. After watching it for a while, it got boring so I decided to go to when the earth was made. That was probably more interesting. I set the options to 4 and a half billion years ago and clicked go. There were rocks, pulling together to form the earth. Water vapor was all around the time
