William speeds down the road as we make our way to the Academy. He calls his men before we left to meet him at the Academy ready to fight. I stare out the window in deep thought about what just happen. I still don't know what plans do Tatrous have with the Academy. I know he uses the academy to recruit strong hampire for his bidding. "How did you get involved with Tatrous?" I ask William. "I was twenty when he turn me. Walking home at night when I got off from work. I actually had a pretty terrible day and was drinking that night. Apparently, drunk more than I thought, I was a mess. All I know is when I woke up the next day I was dead...A vampire." He told me staring out to the road. "Wow!" "Yeah, been working for him every since. It was …show more content…
William seems to like the type of guy who doesn't say 'yes sir' to a lot of men. "Yes, she's with me. We knock out the others back at the warehouse and is now on are the way to the academy." William said into the phone. "What you mean change of plans?...No...Ok...Yes, I'll be able to contact my men...Ok, will meet you there." He said before hanging up the phone. He drops the phone into his lap before pulling over to the side of the road. "What's going own?" I ask him. "We need to meet him at another secure warehouse. He won't tell me why the plan was changed, but I need to go meet him. So, I have a question to ask you... Do you want to continue being under his control?" "You already told him I was with you." "I then, but I can also tell him you escape his compulsion and I had to get rid of you." I stare at him in thought going over the event that just happens. William is right about one thing, I'll be safe with Tatrous. It will also be to work from the inside than the out. My family and friends should understand why I'm making the decision I'm making. I ask William if I could use his phone, before calling Daniel up. "Hello, Anglia?" His voice asks coming over the …show more content…
He gave me a look before starting the car up and turning around. He made a phone call to his men telling them the new location. The car fell silent then as I watch the trees fly by in a blur. I must have fallen asleep because the next thing I know the car stop. I sit up in my seat to stretch looking over to William. He took out his keys before getting out the car. I move to follow him as he walks over to my side waiting for me. He led me into a similar building to the last one going down thousands of halls. When he finally stop in front of a door he looks up at me in a silent question. I gave him a nod to his question before getting into character. William knocks on the door before entering the room with me following
“Oh, but you see, you said you were listening on their plan did you not? They were sure to have said and exit point.”
Windu replies "Our worst fears have been realized, stay here we must inform the Jedi Council."
The Creature That Opened My Eyes Sympathy, anger, hate, and empathy, these are just a few of the emotions that came over me while getting to know and trying to understand the creature created by victor frankenstein in Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. For the first time I became completely enthralled in a novel and learned to appreciate literature not only for the great stories they tell but also for the affect it could have on someones life as cliché as that might sound, if that weren’t enough it also gave me a greater appreciation and understanding of the idiom “never judge a book by its cover.” As a pimply faced, insecure, loner, and at most times self absorbed sophomore in high school I was never one to put anytime or focus when it came time
"You really could be more gentle," I rolled my eyes and took his hands off of
"I suppose I can," Will shrugs, pushing back the covers. "Where are we going, anyway?'
Hanging just above the horizon like a hot medallion, the blazing eager sunlight outshone at my army. Its golden light reflected my sword turning it pale orange from white. The gold tips on our battle flag looked like it was on fire. They were bearing the crest of our lord. The metal armor laced together with cords of brilliant hues. The tension in the air was palpable and the horses champed nervously at the bits of their bridles. My ferocious iron mask was covering my face, but I still could feel rivulets of sweat cascading down my face. Standing still like s statue, I was rooted to the spot. The air around me felt heavy and unfamiliar. Everything was quiet and calm right now, but I knew that the danger would be started in a moment.
"If this is what you really want, then you should have no problem leaving this house...for good." He said. I gasped.
“I’m dying,” said Burton. “Just days ago, for the first time, I bled from a wound that I couldn’t heal.”
“I think I have to. He is the first person I have met so far. Plus the President of Dareon, Wiley is sort of forcing him to be my ‘guide.’ ”
“If only it was as simple as planned,” thought Thomas. Reminiscing on past conversations he recalled the specific words, “Let’s keep this simple, shall we? I don’t the slightest bit of suspicion towards me. When we walk in I will give you the supplies, all you need to do is finish the deal.” After that said, the tall man wearing a trench coat walked away leaving a trail of questions to be answered, but none were asked.
“Well, change of plans,” came a voice next to me. Gabriel was leaning against the fence staring at the water. “It seems I may be staying a while
“It’s either kill him, or let him turn into one of those things. Trust me, this is the right choice.”
He glances briefly at the screen and flips it open. His voice is deep yet contains something I have not heard since Luke. A combination of power, worry, and kindness.
“Not that long ago, actually. I was just like you. Curious about that tiny door. Until I opened that door too.” He paused for a moment looking up wondering if I wanted to hear more. “That place isn’t as wonderful as it looks. It’s actually a horrible place to be.” I noticed he had his hand wrap around his wrist. He was hiding something. “That’s when it caught me. It bit me, so now i'm slowly turning into one of those things.” He lifted his head and removed his hand from around his wrist. His wrist was like the color of the live grass outside. I walked over there to stand in front of him. We both sat down on the floor.
