Victoria goes back downstairs and tells Cameron to call both of his parents here as she had solved the case and wanted to tell it in front of them. While Cameron is doing this Victoria calls Nick again and tells him that he is needed at 107 Pinewood Street, not telling him why other than the fact that it related to the murder case. She also calls a couple of police who were on the crime scene
Once everyone had arrived at the Cordon’s House, with the Cordon’s being confused as to who Nick Nawn was. Victoria started from the beginning.

She informed me that Nick Nawn, sitting here, was having an affair with Sussi that lasted up until the day she was murdered…” As Victoria was saying this Cameron Had a look of shock, despair, and hate towards Nick but Victoria carried on not caring about the emotional state Cameron was in. “… She had given me Nick’s Number and I called him up and explained to me that he was indeed with Sussi the night of the murder and was there when she was murdered by someone ‘behind a mask a gruff voice trying to disguise itself’. “Anyways, I then went to the Cordons home to look for anything that might help me” the Cordons at this statement started to look uncomfortable, “I walked upstairs and searched every nook and cranny in this house. I found a pair of Mr. Cordon’s shoes with some blood and dirt in the cracks of the shoes. I then found a gun with bullets that match the ones from Sussi’s apartment”
“How no one ones a gun in the home?” Cameron stated
“Actually I do… I bought it a while ago but I would never use it to hurt anybody. I swear!” Mr. Cordon stated.
“Thank you Victoria it seems you have cleared everything up for us” The police officers moved toward Mr. Cordon.
“Wait I am not done…” Victoria interjected quickly, “I found the gun behind the painting in Mr. Cordon's bedroom but, I was not hung up correctly and the bullets were just laying on top of the gun instead on in the drawer where they are supposed to be. This means that whoever used the gun did not know exactly how to put it away. As I explained before I had found the pair of shoes belonging to Mr. Cordon but, I did not find them with Mr. Cordon’s shoes I found them with Mrs. Cordons… Mrs. Cordon is the one who did the crime.” At this statement, everyone in the room started talking at once about why.
