"Aye baby you did that government homework because I didn't finish mines" Kaden asked me as we walked into government class. Kaden would do his work but wouldn't get the answers himself he would get them off my paper. He would always do like 25 percent of it and leave the 75 percent for me to give him the answers to. "Yes I do Kaden and yes you may copy down the ones you didn't finish" I told him. Kaden was far from dumb so I didn't have to …show more content…
About to get up from my desk to turn my paper in Kaden stopped me. "Yea baby" I said taking my headphones out looking at him. "Can I see 12-20 and 25 and 29" he asked holding his hand out for me to give him my paper. I handed him my paper but not before telling him to turn it in when he turn his in. Scrolling through Instagram I could see Kaden coping off my paper while his homeboys were trying to copy also. I was trying not to laugh because it's like 4 or 5 of them trying to copy one paper. Not able to hold my laugh in anymore it slipped out. They looked at me then Kaden looked at his homeboys catching on to what I was laughing at. "Mane if all of y'all don't back tf up" he told them chuckling. I went and sat down on his lap to see how far he got. This nigga got pretty handwriting but he write so damn slow. "Kaden hurry up you got like 5 minutes" I told him checking the time on my phone. ... "Kaden where you heading I'm going to my house" I asked him as I sat side ways in the driver's

Lydia quickly picks the phone up and presses talk, “Deputy director Keller speaking”, a male voice replies,“ma’am, it's constable stilinski” the officer says " we have an emergency and Detective Deyes requests your presence immediately" Lydia let's out a soft breath, whatever's happened must be bad if she is needed at the scene. “whats happened?” She asked. There's a brief pause before stilinski answers "... we have a triple homicide and it's .. messy" Lydia remains expressionless, there's no place for emotions in a job like this “I'll be there right away” Lydia says, hanging up the phone. Lydia briskly walks
“Ok, so what happened to him?” Tommy asked as he started to drive the car.
“Please! Don’t do this!” the girl screamed. She held her arms up in defense against the malevolent figure with a crown of thorns placed on its head and a blood-stained, white trench coat that enclosed her body.
Outside the gates, Lieutenant Gilbert, who was the definition of refinement, is repeating Prince Gabriel’s words to the masses.
"Stop tailing me, Mikasa." That must have been the hundredth time today he had said that to her. The horses were whinnying and rustling behind her, and for a moment, she didn't think the tree would restrain them. Her hands smoothed over the rough reins and around the cracked branch they were tied to. The knot wasn't completely secure, but it was firm enough to hold two colts.
Everyone laughed, even Saban. It helped ease the tension. “I always have pastries in the truck for situations like that.” “What happened?” asked Marcel. “Gilbert was the first to see the roadblock.
Halfway down the road, Hunter realized that his transport had departed. Though its absence didn’t stop him. he continued on foot. A mile into the journey, Hunter stopped. Looking above, and then at his pocket watch hustled onward as daylight thinned.
“Khalil,” he addressed me, “Why are you still here? Shouldn’t you be riding with the family to the cemetery?”
The Story begins on a beach with three young children playing. Violet, 14, inventor; Klaus, 12, amateur researcher; and Sunny, baby, professional biter who has not totally developed speech. When they arrive to the beach it is a cloudy foggy overcast day. Violet is spending her time here skipping rocks, Klaus is studying tide pools and Sunny is just enjoying her time being at the beach with her older siblings. Even though it is not the greatest day in the world, the children are enjoying their time spent here at their favorite place. No other people are here on beach and this gives the children a place to be alone with their imagination. While playing a gentleman is approaching, but with the fog it scares the children because they cannot see who walks beneath the fog. As the figure gets closer they start to figure out who it is. The strange figure that lurked in the fog is Mr. Poe a friend of the family. Mr. Poe comes over to the children playing and explains to the children that their parents have perished in a fire that destroyed their home. Mr. Poe explains to the children that they will have to live with his family temporarily until he can figure out a plan as to where they will go.

The Creature That Opened My Eyes Sympathy, anger, hate, and empathy, these are just a few of the emotions that came over me while getting to know and trying to understand the creature created by victor frankenstein in Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. For the first time I became completely enthralled in a novel and learned to appreciate literature not only for the great stories they tell but also for the affect it could have on someones life as cliché as that might sound, if that weren’t enough it also gave me a greater appreciation and understanding of the idiom “never judge a book by its cover.” As a pimply faced, insecure, loner, and at most times self absorbed sophomore in high school I was never one to put anytime or focus when it came time
I happened to be paired with the smartest guy in the class, Daniel. In return, I always wanted to be like him. I wanted to be able to read the books he did. I wanted to be able to read as smooth as he did but I was never able to.
Before I knew it, we were pulling up to the cabin. When we stopped, the first thing I did when I got out was take a deep breath. Then I said, "What do you guys want to do?" Chase just shrugged his shoulder.
