Creating Letterheads with Microsoft Word
What you will write under this heading is the equivalent of the
feasibility study which looks at the existing business practice and
the problems associated with it. You should describe in general terms
what the new system should achieve and consider whether the existing
system can be modified. Estimate the time scale for completing the
project.
Who is the "real" user?
Graham Richardson owns a garage and is opening two more branches his
letter headed paper is out of date so he needs to create a new
letterhead with Microsoft word
What is the current problem?
You are about to open 2 more braches. The owners need new headed
letters showing the details of all branches. The letters are also
rather out of date so this is a perfect opportunity to update their
image. I must include company name, logo, new addresses, telephone/fax
umbers(s) and E-mail address.
Why has this problem arisen?
The problem has arisen because he has two more new branches opening
and they are using old letter heads and thier images are old were they
don't use computers much.
What is the objective or user requirement for this project?
They will need new letter heads and maybe some business cards.
What are the different ways this problem could be solved?
Send it to a printer or use desktop publishing
What is the best way to solve the problem and why?
The best way to solve the problem is by using Microsoft Word.
Microsoft Word is the best word processor to use for letter heads. The
disadvantage is the use of the paper. so to save money print one off
and photocopy the rest. The advantages is you can save you work and
edit the work without starting again and money so that you don't have
to send it to the printer.
What is your estimated time scale for implementation?
4 weeks

Objectives?
===========
Ø Save 70% of storage space by saving documents on a hard-drive and
not having to photocopy everything and file it away.
===================================================================
Ø Start sacking people because you won't need them anymore.
===========================================================
Ø To start using E-mail because it is quicker and you can add
documents and pictures and it's a lot more reliable. This will save
money as well.

The purpose of this stage is to break the problem down into small

“Improved sanitation, food safety and immunization are the most effective ways to combat hepatitis A.” (World Health Organization, 2017) Good hand hygiene is essential in preventing the spread of Hepatitis A. Proper sewage disposal systems are also important in prevention of Hepatitis A within communities. If a person is traveling to an area where hepatitis A is prevalent, they should avoid ingesting water and uncooked fruits and vegetables. Another important way to prevent Hepatitis A is immunization. A vaccine for Hepatitis A has been available in the US since 1996. Commonly children will become immunized between the age of 12 to 23 months, however an adult can also be vaccinated at any time. Traveling out of the country, using illegal drugs, homosexual men, and anyone who comes in contact with an infected person or animal are recommended to be immunized. The final way Hepatitis A can be prevented is with immune globulin. Blood from an already immune person will be injected into another person giving the recipient protective antibodies. Immune globulin will protect a person from exposure to Hepatitis A for 2 weeks. (Center for Disease Control,

According to Mayo Clinic, the virus can spread by eating food when someone with the virus does not thoroughly wash their hands after using the restroom, drinking water that has been infected with feces, eating raw shellfish from water polluted with sewage, being in close contact with someone who is infected even if the person has no symptoms, and having sexual partners who have the virus. According to the Centers for Disease Control, a hep A vaccine is recommended for homosexual men, laboratory workers, people who use illegal drugs, people with a chronic liver disease, and people who travel the world. Cases of hepatitis A are not distinct from other types of acute viral hepatitis. According to WHO, specific diagnosis is made by the detection of Hepatitis A Virus (HAV) specific Immunoglobulin G (IgM) antibodies in the blood. Additional tests include reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to detect the hepatitis A virus RNA, and may require specialized laboratory facilities. (WHO, 2017) According to CDC, a large hepatitis A outbreak is going on in California. Most of the patients in this outbreak report experiencing homelessness and using illicit drugs in settings of limited sanitation. The outbreak is being spread upon each other through contact with a fecal polluted environment. The Centers for Disease Control and
Hepatitis A being spread can be prevented by properly washing your hands with soap and water before and after preparing food and drinks. Washing hands thoroughly, after using the bathroom and changing diapers. Disinfecting kitchen counters, cutting boards and cooking utensils after use (5). It is recommended that if you feel you may have been contaminated with the virus that you see a healthcare provider promptly and ask about the Hepatitis A vaccine that is available. If you receive the vaccine within fourteen days of exposure illness can be prevented, it is unlikely you will contract Hepatitis A if you've been vaccinated prior.

Causes: Hepatitis A is transmitted almost always by the fecal oral route. It is spread by close personal contact with fecally contaminated water supplies, fruits and vegetables. Poor personal hygiene promotes spread of the virus as well which is why the incidence of Hepatitis is higher in developing nations, where poor sanitary conditions exist. It can also be transmitted by raw or partially cooked clams from contaminated water.

Managers can apply Equity Theory. Equity Theory suggests that an individual's inspiration relies on what he or she considers being fair when contrasted with others (Redmond 2010). Managers should give benefits by award the employees with enough pay, security and protection so employees feel safe to work, and give advance promotion based on how motivated or experience they are. There are three basic types of hepatitis. The first one is hepatitis A, which is the rarest form of the disease. It often stems from living in unsanitary conditions that cause the virus to get into a person's food or water supply. Luckily, this form of hepatitis resolves on its own within a matter of weeks if a person has a strong enough immune system. The next type of this disease is hepatitis B. It is spread through sexual contact or someone being exposed to another person's infected bodily fluids. Hepatitis B has to be treated with special medications that can only be prescribed by a doctor. Hepatitis C is different because it is a blood-borne virus. Most people get it from sharing needles with an infected person. However, pregnant women can also pass it on to their unborn babies because they share the
Because when demand- pull inflation is in the long run, the whole country`s economy will fall into a very serious crisis and this might causes the country to fall. Inflation happened is usually due to the inflexible of goods price and wages. If the wages and prices are always in control and flexible, consumers will have a better insight of the future price expectations for all goods and services. Hence, when there is an inflation, consumers will not lift up their guard and buy goods in large quantity. Shortage of supply can be avoided to a lower level. Hence, the demand- pull inflation can be controlled and always in short term run
Water is thought as a renewable resource, because it is replenished by rainfall (PIMENTEL – water resources – agricultural and environmental issues). Notwithstanding, its amount varies over different regions at different times of the year. Human water necessity is almost the same throughout the year; therefore human communities try to control its availability through the construction of dams in some major rivers and pumping of groundwater.
