She moved a little quicker towards the top of the landing where there seemed to be a trace of blood on the wooden steps leading to the first floor. Monica wanted to wait for the police but she knew that they would be there shortly and without interrupting the scene, she began searching for Danny, whom she thought would be in need of some help. His bedroom was the closet room to the stairs and the blood splatter seemed to be coming from there, along with a footprint of a sneaker that had stepped in a puddle of blood. Monica shouted out for a reply but heard nothing and continued on into the bedroom where the curtains were drawn and the lights were off. “Is there anyone here, hello can you hear me Mr Bard?” Monica shouted and listened very carefully for a sign of life but as she moved forward her foot made a thud and she was stopped by something on the floor. Monica quickly turned on the light to find Danny lying face down on the floor next to his black satin duvet that had been pulled off. “Nice sheets and expensive taste” she thought as Monica bent down to check for

When we arrived, we felt weird because, we knew that everything was going to be new. For example, when we saw our new apartment, we liked a lot, but I was thinking that nothing was going to be the same. Afterward, we felt calm because the neighborhood was really nice. One of the thinks that we especially like is that the mall and a lot of restaurants are near from the apartments, so when we want to go shopping or eat something we can go out and have a good time. Another thing that we like a lot is that we can do meeting or parties in the apartment’s park; we can invite people and have fun. Now, we feel more comfortable living here, and enjoy everything in the United States.
