Recommended: History of bullying in middle schools

Bullying has been around since the 18th century. Historically, the most significant turning point for bullying during the mid 1970’s. In 1999 a big accident occurred because of bullying. So that's when the people started to pay more attention to it. After the federal governments had created laws to bring down those behaviors. There are 4 types of bullying I know of. They are physical which is when they hit, kick, pinch, punch, etc. Verbal bullying is when they call you names, insults, teasing, intimidation, etc. Social bullying sometimes referred as covert bullying. Its designed to harm someone’s social reputation or cause humiliation. Which includes lying and spreading rumours, ,mean facial or physical gestures, etc. And the last one I know
