People all around the world uses Cosmetology in some way. Cosmetologists deal with the skin, hair and nails, basically beauty. It may not be a word that you hear everyday and you may call it doing your hair, or getting a mani-pedi, or even makeup. Cosmetology is a combination of all of the topics above. For cosmetology you can cut your hair, or style it, on your face, like makeup, or on your hands and nails. You will learn about how you could become a cosmetologist and what it takes to become one. It also changes the future of beauty and people. People use cosmetology more than you think, and if you are into beauty, than you will love this!

First, you can use cosmetology by using your hair. You can cut it and style it and you would be set. It can help make your hair healthy and nourished, like what a hairstylist does. You can’t just cut hair and expect it to end up how you would want. It takes a lot of practice to learn how to layer, highlight, or even just cut it. Some people think that for cutting hair all you

have to do is take some scissors and cut the length that you want. You actually have to hold the scissors a right way. You have to hold them the right way to get the hair to grow healthy and to make the hair even.. Let’s say that you try to cut your hair to look like you got it professionally done. You would look at YouTube videos on how to cut your hair, then when you start to cut your hair, you cut a huge chunk of yourr hair off. You try to fix it by making your hair even with it, but then you make it worse. Or what if you tried to cut your hair because your mom wouldn’t take you, and you cut it straight across and it looked bad. Then you try to fix it by trying to give yourself layers. When you are done cutting the layers, you realize that the layers look like you cut the top layer off your hair and gave up on the bottom. I wouldn’t even want to try and cut mine, or someone else’s hair without having professional experiences.
Next, you can use cosmetology on your face. Using makeup or even beauty masks is using cosmetology. Yes, you don’t need a cosmetology profession to do this, but cosmetologists do these things for people if can’t they can’t. Maybe they aren’t good enough or coordinated enough, or if you just want something different, or even if you have a wedding, prom, or something special that you just want to look better than your everyday look. People may go to cosmetologists for help if they want to learn how to take care for their face or skin. It all depends on who you are to decide if you want to do your makeup yourself, or if you aren’t that good so you want someone who with least likely mess it up to do your makeup. It is important that you get what you pay for and what you ask for. If you don’t like your finished look, then you should let your cosmetologist know what you think about it. They will love the feedback. If you don’t like it, let them know and they can practice on others. A cosmetologist may ask a client or friend to let them practice their makeup skills on them. They may do this to sponsor their business if someone asks where they got their makeup done, to practice if someone says they aren’t impressed with their final turn out, or they might even do it to mess around and practice. As you learn how to do makeup really well, you will start to have more customers come to you.
Another way that you use cosmetology is on your hands and nails. When cosmetologists paint your nails or even massage your hands, they are putting their cosmetology to good work. As you may know, people may have a job doing nails and hands, but they don’t have a degree in cosmetology. All they do is they do hands and nails, but cosmetologists do hands and nails while also being able to do hair and makeup. With cosmetologists, they are professionals at hands and nails, but some people just open a store. They have to get a license in business, but they may not know how to do nails. It doesn’t matter if know how to, they just need a license, and some people may not go there. For cosmetologists, people can rely on them and know that they will actually try and most likely not mess up. Have you ever been somewhere that you weren’t impressed with the final product? It’s most likely not a cosmetologist that did it. Don’t get me wrong, there are some people that aren’t cosmetologists and still do great, but most people aren’t as good as cosmetologists. Because cosmetologists have more experience that is why they are better than most people. So if you ever decide to get your nails or hands done, I recommend going to a cosmetologist instead of a hand and nails salon.

You have to have a little bit of talent to learn to do cosmetology because it is hard to learn how to do makeup, hair, nails, and hands. You also have to get a degree in cosmetology, obviously. This may not be a surprise to you, but you need a degree in business if you want to start your own business in cosmetology. Another thing you need is at least 2 years of professional experience. Once you have these things, you can get started. It may get a little hard to start your own business if you decide to, but you can’t give up. When you decide to go on and just get a job at first, then your professor will give you a list of jobs that fit your needs. You will love to meet new friends at your job and I hope that you will decide to become a cosmetologist. If you love it as much as I do, then you will never want to quit this

job.
Lastly, I will tell you about how cosmetology can change the future. Cosmetology can change the future of beauty because people are always using cosmetology. This includes makeup, which people use all the time, and can’t live without. It also includes you taking care of your skin and hair. You can take care of you skin by using lotion, or masks of any sort. You can take care of your hair by washing it when needed, using proper products, and hair masks. Can you imagine your life without makeup, for you girls, or without shampoo or hair products. Guys may not understand, but girls will understand this more than you guys. But even for guys, it can change the future, they eventually will need hair cuts. If they didn’t, things would get ugly. There are so many ways that cosmetology will change the future that most people don’t even know about.
Well I hope that you learned a little about cosmetology. Just think, the next time you go somewhere to get your hair, makeup, or hands and nails. This has been fun telling you about what I want to do with my future and being able to tell you about how they do it. I could write about anything that means nothing, but I decided to write something that will change the future. I think that if you really read this, you will understand what I am talking about when I say that it takes more than just, “It looks simple, I can do it to myself!” to get the best result for your makeup, hair, and skin and nails.
