Economic growth could be defined as the increasing in value of goods and the service, which is produced by economy. The increase is realized by increasing investment and the number of investment is depends on savings.
Saving is closely related to economic growth. Some researcher claims that correlation between savings and economic growth is positive. Bebczuk (2000) states that saving is an effective way to stimulate economic growth, the reason for this point is that when savings has been increased, the investment will along with the rise of the savings, because saving is a very important condition for investment, for instance, when individual postponing consumption and saving these disposable

On the one hand, people live in advance economic country will get a high income. When people get more disposable income, which is total income minus consumer on foods and life essential goods, people will deposit excess money into his bank account, and the amount of money is higher than people in developing country, because people live in developing country will have less sensitivity to save money, and the economic environment in developing country is more variable. On the other hand, there are two situations, first is the income for one person only could afford his life essential goods, so this person will not deposit money into bank account. Second is a person who has exceeding income, but this person may not have basic finance literacy, because he is lack of finance education, so he will not choose to save money, just because he do not know the finance activity. Therefore, the savings in developed country will higher than savings in developing country, as the result of, bête and saving and uncertainty higher than developed

This paper will be outlining the theory behind the Endogenous Growth Theory, or EGT, and its comparison to other competing theories. To begin though it is important to clarify that the word endogenous just means to originate from within, or not attributable to any external or environmental factor, so one can assume that this theory relates to growth happening within the region instead of having to depend on external forces for market growth. EGT forces primarily on human capital, innovation, knowledge, and entrepreneurship to be the major contributors to economic growth within a region (Bennett). This innovation is a large part of the EGT, which manifests itself from research and
Economic growth refers to an increase in the volume of goods and services produced in the economy in a specific period of time (Cave, D, et.al). After being re-elected Malcolm Turnbull stated “We want higher economic growth that provides prosperity to everyone” (Daley, 2016). But since Turnbull became priminister in 2015 the economic growth rate was 2.5% according to the (ABS), and now not much has changed, in fact we have decreased to 2.4% (ABS) as of April 5 2017 and being lower then this before after nearly entering a recession. The coalition however, introduced a policy for growth where they would deliver a company tax cut for small businesses dropping the tax rate for businesses with an annual turnover of less than $10 million, which seemed a very positive move for growth in Australia however this policy has failed due to the negative quarter after this policy was implemented. As GDP (Gross Domestic Product) a main economic indicator for Economic growth shows the near recession, we faced at the end of 2016.
The Keynes's consumption theory is the current real disposable income is the most important determinant of consumption in the short term. Real income, inflation adjusted income. This is a measure of the number of consumers to buy their income or budget for goods and services. For example, a rise in the money income of 20% of the possible matches through inflation rose 20%. This means that the actual income or the quantity or the goods and services, can purchase volume has maintained continuous.
Economic growth focuses on encouraging firms to invest or encouraging people to save, which in turn creates funds for firms to invest. It runs hand-in-hand with the goal of high employment because in order for firms to be comfortable investing in assets such as plants and equipment, unemployment must be low. Hereby, the people and resources will be available to spur economic growth.
When decisions bases on a consumers finances have following consequences further than the near future, then an individuals' success economically could depend on the ability they have to foresee the upcoming rate of inflation. according to statistics, higher expectations for inflation were reported by females who were poorer, they were single and they were less educated. More specifically, higher expectations for inflation were reported by people who focused more-so with how they can cover future purchases and expenses and the prices they will pay, and by ones who have lower knowledge on financial literacy.
Every year there is a ‘league table‘ published showing the level of economic growth achieved by each country. The comparison is made using each countries Gross Domestic Product, or GDP. An important factor to look at is the difference between actual and potential economic growth. Actual economic growth increases in real GDP. This increase can occur as result of using previously unemployed resources, or reallocating resources into more productive areas or improving existing resources. Whereas potential economic growth is the productive capacity of the economy. For example, it can be shown by the predicted ability of the country to produce goods and services. This changes when there is an increase in the quantity or quality of the resources. All countries have different ways of achieving this with the resources they have available to them. For this reason it party answers the question of why some countries are richer than others. It is widely thought that the productive capacity of an economy will increase each year largely due to improvements in education and technology. This will obviously differ from country to country. For example, in the UK the quality of fertilizer could be improved, hence forth increase the years fruit and vegetable output.
Many students in grade school don’t obtain money very often because they do not have a steady income, so they are prone to spend the money they get. For example, if a student gets money for a holiday, the first thing that comes to mind is to spend it on something they want because they are not used to having money. They don’t know the next time they will get more money so they don’t see the importance of saving. Since there would be a constant income a student will see the effect of saving because their amount of money would constantly be increasing which will motivate them to keep saving. If students learn how to save while they are younger they will be more successful in life, and they will also have that money to use when they graduate.
As a result of this economic growth families will begin to feel more confident and will begin to spend more of their money instead of saving it because they believe that will receive a pay raise or will find a better job. (Amadeo, 2016) Borrowing also increases when economic activity is high people begin to borrow from banks and other places because they feel that the government has been doing a great job managing the economy. (Amadeo, 2016) As we have seen in 2008 people should never get to confident in the economy because our economic bubbles are used to crashing when they are doing very well and it’s never really the people’s fault it’s the governments. Although inflation begins to rise when the economy is doing great one of the things that is known to bring prices down is competition among businesses. Competition is great because one company will attempt to sell a product for a cheaper price than another company which results in lower prices the same as you see with cell phones and automobiles. Higher prices can also be caused by technological innovations when people are expecting a new product the producer can sell it for a higher price because they know that consumers will spend almost any amont of money to obtain that product. (Amadeo, 2016) Higher demand for new products will increase employment to meet those demands and inflation will rise which will benefit the economy tremendously. Whenever the price level increases, spending must also increase to be able to buy the same amount of goods and
Economic growth can be defined as an increase in the productive capacity of an economy over a period of time. This is generally measured by comparing GDP of a year with the previous year’s GDP of a country.

Secondly, economic growth and social development are not necessarily linked. Thirdly, both economic growth and social development are not basic causes by each other, but they depend on interaction.
