The costs of this would be to hire a professional from an established waste and recycling Management Company to train the staff. This would benefit the company as the staff would be trained on how to manage waste and how to recycle necessary products.

As the circle is VIP venue it can open its self to a new market attracting VIPs from the waste industry in Manchester and the venue can promote its self as a eco friendly club which is something that is not known in the venue scene in Manchester. This can attract more clients from other eco friendly companies such as Marks and Spencer.

The back of house of the venue needs to have separate bottle banks and waste bins so the staff can dispose of the waste in an orderly manner. For example green bottles can be put in the green bottle bin, and all plastic waste can be put in the plastic bin.
