Introduction
After visiting a healthcare facility, this paper focuses on analyzing Total Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement in healthcare including the committee process, the members of the TQM committee, methodology was utilized, evaluate and measure the previous plans through learning, sharing experience, and making decision for a similar project when needed.

Purpose of CQI The focus of continuous quality improvement on slow, incremental change to existing individual processes (through analysis, standardization, and improvement) tends to discourage substantial learning and innovation.9 Continuous quality improvement requires investment in long-term change, but health services in the public sector are typically undercapitalized and tend to focus on the management of short-term crises (Buetow, & Coster, 2004).

The location of this health care facility is at the center of the capitol; therefore, it is a convenient condition for all local close areas residents. The facility was established in 2010 and became one of the best local hospitals that can serve for more than 200 patients at the time include 100 beds and provides acute care 24/7. Basically, the main services of facility include operation, clinical support, essential services, women pavilion, etc. Besides providing essential services to patients, this health facility is always busy and maintained its activity with a work force comprising more than 50 volunteers, 150 employees, and 100 physicians and specialists. As the slogan of the facility, it really becomes a high quality health care center by providing people high quality services plus customer services and easiest payment system, updating equipment and improving new technology. Internally, the facility got financial aid by many different resources such as sponsors, volunteers, charity, etc. Externally, the health care facility always follows the laws and regulations to ensure it can provide benefits for both staffs and patients and
