The project management helps to design the unique product or the service in order to achieve the goals and objectives. A project can be unique or temporary. The temporary project is the project in which the starting and ending time is defined and it has also defined the resources and scope. The unique project is the project which is different from the routine projects however it includes the unique set of operations that designed in order to achieve some goals. Each project has some limitations and it is crucial for that project to perform under these limitations. The boundaries of the project management are included in the scope of the project management. For instance, a person is sitting in the room that has four boundaries and that person can move only in these boundaries similarly the project management has some boundaries and it can only perform its function within those boundaries. The project cannot execute its function outside the boundaries. The boundaries of the project management help to avoid the confusion because the leader of the project knew that the individuals perform the tasks within the prescribed boundaries so it reduces the chances of confusion.
