When I realized I was the confronting contracting face, I was shocked and surprise because I thought I would be a rules and consequence face. I think what influenced my choice of answer is the way I grew up and when I worked at a taekwondo place which is based on discipline, rules and consequences. He happened to be a special needs kid, and people need to talk to him calmly, with a smile on their face, even though they are frustrated and parents are staring at you because their child are getting hurt and keep reminding him about the rules, and explaining to him every time that sometimes the way he plays can hurt someone else. I think I would choose more than one, be a relationship-listening and a confronting-contracting because I think it is good to approach the problem and deal with them so they know how you are feelings and that you are talking directly to them, then hold a class meeting so the whole class knows exactly how you are feeling and that it should be prevented in the future by anyone else. At school, Richard shows behaviors that are similar to the ones experienced at home. Although, he’s described to be a “sweat and bright boy” who does not have trouble interacting with peers, and is able to communicate verbally to express himself, he is described as “hyper” and as someone who constantly engages in yelling, crying and kicking when is time to nap. The Role of Women and the Gods in Till We Have Faces Our opinion of the world, especially religious beliefs, shape who we become. C.S. Lewis retells the story of The Marriage of Cupid and Psyches in his book Till We Have Faces. In the original story, women are very shallow characters with little personality, power, or value. C.S. Lewis’ Till We Have Faces is told in the first person point of view of Orual, the protagonist. The use of first person allows the reader to gain insight on what Orual is thinking throughout the plot of the story, which helps the reader understand the actions Orual takes throughout the novel. For example, Orual’s thoughts when it was revealed that one of the daughter’s was the accursed were of anger. She thought that the king “had seen the arrow pointed at Psyche, had been afraid for her, fighting for her” (Lewis 54). This prompts Orual to sacrifice herself “to the brute instead of Istra” (Lewis 61). The story is told in media res. The narrator opens stating “I am old now” (lewis 3). The narrator continues on to tell her story through writing. Research suggests that through play, children develop who they are. Play provides valuable benefits, including the development of physical, emotional, social, and cognitive skills. There are different variations of play that will likely produce positive results. Typically developing children reap the benefits of play much faster and easier than children with special needs do. Impairments or problems such as physical, social, visual, hearing, behavioral and health greatly influence play skills. Children with these problems face many challenges through life and have difficulty overcoming them. Special services are advised in order for a child to get the specialized care they need. Some disabilities are worse than others which is why consulting with a certified individual who focuses on disabilities and play skills can help. There are possible solutions that can be adjusted for every child and doing so may give each child the opportunity
