Therefore, effective February 15, 2016 your employment has been terminated.
As the lead product design engineer for Vital, you should be guided 24/7 by the ethics and values of our organization as embodied in our mission and values. Among the reasons cited above, you have also violated Vital policy of teamwork, innovation, and professionalism.
