Kimora listened as the QP shared in order to be successful in school she should study material she didn't understand during school that day, eat brain-healthy snacks and drink water, stay focused to get her work and studying done then pack her bookbag for the next day.
Kimora reflected on successful test taking strategies such as marking the test date on a calendar, begin studying days ahead, make a study plan of what to study, use time master sheet to break down things to study in specific blocks of time, use index cards, quiz yourself before the test, get a good night's sleeps, eat a good breakfast before the test, and drink a glass of water to your brain is hydrated and has

Kimora commented, "I am failing because you guys come every day, and I cannot do my homework right afterschool", but the QP showed Kimora she was failing first and second quarter before IIH services start, so she has to take responsibilities for her actions. Kimora focused on studying at 4:30 or 5pm, but said, "that's usually my nap time." Kimora shared, "I want ice cream, milkshakes, and fries if I do this chart." Kimora accepted the homework tracking sheet; however, she doesn't think she will utilize it. Kimora made slight progress with maintaining strong academic performance, as indicated by Kimora creating a homework routine; however, Kimora doesn't feel like it will help her be successful.

Test taking is one of the most important things to have good skills at. Test usually have a significant effect on your grade. The more you are used to test and are prepared for different types of test, the better your grade will be. I know that when I take test, I get vary nervous and I cant concentrate, but when I have the feeling of being prepared for the test, I notice that I am not so nervous when I come to take it. You should always find time to improve your test taking methods, personally I try to devote one whole hour the night before a big test so I can remember a lot the next day. In school you will have various test that some will be easy and some will be vary difficult, you should always be mentally prepared to take whatever test they give you.

These are the skills and competencies I have learned through my studies at Walden University. Kaslow, Grus, Campbell, & Fouad, et al.
