The qualities of leaders and duties of individuals for making a productive team are encouragement  and confidence but not overconfident. Making a team better depends on the leaders of the groups. The ones who stand out, the ones who make an effort to inspire others. These are the people who make organizations better. They get soccer players to work together as a team ,help them be more social,also get the work done and stay on task.Machiavelli,Cicero,and Crito Have great examples of what a leader and what duties individual  consists of weather it's a prince, or the duties citizens have to their country and to their friends.
         In Machiavelli’s “ the morals of the prince”. He explains how the qualities of a prince are similar to the qualities that make a successful leadership a soccer team.”He shout not be afraid of his own thoughts he ought to proceed cautiously moderating his conduct with prudence and humanity,allowing neither overconfidence to make him careless,not over timidity to make him intolerable”.
This realates to a soccer team because your team leader cannot be shy or ,like it says “Afraid of your owxzrfn thoughts” because a leader need to be able to take control and not second guess themselves, take control and stand …show more content…

Cicero uses uses military leadership examples that are related to the leaders duties as well as the individuals duties of a soccer team. “If anyone is entering public life,let him beware of thinking only of the honor it brings,but let him take care not to lose heart too readily through discouragement nor yet to be overconfident through ambition”. when entering a game you cannot do everything on your own you rely on a team to help you, you cannot be perfect all the time in a sport you will mess up but, you cannot get discouraged,that is why you have a team and a leader to back you up when your down.
