Planet Earth has about 195 independent countries around the world and Canada is by far commended for being one of the best countries to live in. Research shows that out of 195 countries, only 24 countries are nominated for being the best country in the world; and Canada is in the top three on the list. Just the thought that our country is ranked in the top three out of 196 countries is amazing and because of that, we should be proud to be Canadians. Aside from rankings, Canada has the freshest airs in the world and we also have free education and medical care. This is very advantageous for us because many countries don't have free education and medical care so if we are struggling financially we won't have to worry about having to pay the doctor if we are sick. Many things make Canada distinct, for example, if one was to examine Canada's neighbour “United States of America,” they will remind us of their army force and how violent they will be if any country has a conflict with them, for example, North Korea as both theses countries are in a violent conflict. However, if one was to look at Canada they will be known as “the peacekeepers.” Canada would stop fights and not encourage them. This country is very diverse and can be compared to a jigsaw puzzle as it has many “pieces” of individuals from all around the world. Quebec’s social identity and defining characteristics contradict and conflict with those of rest of Canada. Since the genesis of our country, the political, social disagreements, and tensions between Quebec and the rest of Canada have been unavoidable. Canada has become a superior nation thru, perseverance, courage and even care as they persevered thru many dark battles, and made sure they all came thru together as a unit other than individuals.
