Poe has his own way of writing. In the Pit and the Pendulum and The Fall of the House of Usher Poe writing is very dark and mysterious. He is very deep when we writes. He uses tarn and when he writes it’s usually a Gothic type of story. He is also very detailed so he sets the mood very well. The Fall of the house of Usher there is a bunch of tarn. He is very deep and dark and his wording choice. He causes a lot of claustrophobia and withy death. They burry the sister alive but they don’t really know she’s still alive. The sister has to dig herself out of the grave and she walks in the house with blood all over her. The sister is very sick when catalepsy and Roderick is sick himself but when they die the house falls, it literally collapses
