The information in this paper will discuss the leadership style of President Barack Obama, one historical figure that possesses certain traits that make an individual a successful leader. There are many situations a leader must endure that require a certain level of sincerity, the ability to see any situation or issue from all points of view, and provide solutions to those issues that all parties involved can agree on or understand.

President Obama understands the ramifications put on families when one cannot get insurance coverage because of a pre-existing illness. He sympathizes with his constituents when a tragic event takes place such as the Sandy Hook School shootings, the Trayvon Martin incident, and the most recent tragic event that transpired in the Mother Emmanuel Church in South Carolina. As a leader, President Obama shows the American people that he is not against taking public and personal risks to show the people he does care about the message (Inc.com, 2015).
Comparing students leadership to successful leader
In comparing personal leadership style to President Barack Obama there are some similarities in being and advocate for others while being an ambassador in handling situations of different variations, being persistent about an resolving an issue or situation in a respectful and gentle manner. Comparison with President Obama in being a people mover by motivating others to achieve their goals and the nurturing qualities that potentially show others one cares about their needs and situations.

By placing himself in this role, he creates the impression that as the father figure he is also in a position to give advice and serve as an educator. Obama then goes on to soothe and insure his nation that questioning and reflecting is natural, stating that “When a tragedy like this strikes, it is part of our nature to demand explanations –to try to impose some order on the chaos, and make sense out of that which seems senseless,” and then goes into the role of an educator by telling the story of each of the victims of the shooting. By telling each victim’s story, Obama further elicits an emotional response from the audience by effectively humanizing each person. This further creates a sense of unity, making it seem as if Obama really knew the victims, and making each person more relatable to the audience so that each member of the audience might feel as though any one of the victims could have been their neighbor or beloved family
In the United States political history, John F. Kennedy and Dwight D Eisenhower are two of the most indelible and influential presidents and were living legends in their time. Despite radical differences in both leadership style and approach, each was greatly applauded and forged an enduring premonition upon the psyche of American citizens and the sociopolitical institutions. There are striking contrasts attached to the two presidents. Kennedy as the liberal visionary and herald of a new hopeful frontier and a fortified assurance for the future; Eisenhower as a staunch bulwark of rigid traditional, conventional American values. This paper will examine areas of leadership styles and more particularly regarding foreign and defense policy structures of both presidents.

I think Adolf Hitler is the one. Adolf Hitler was one of the 20th century’s most powerful dictators. He was responsible for World War II and the death of millions. Hitler saw a nation in despair and used this as an opportunity to gain political power. He saw a nation of unemployed and hungry citizens and promised them economic prosperity in return for absolute power. Someone once said “The Nazis rose to power on the empty stomachs of the German people”. Although he did not live a very long life, during his time he caused such a great deal of death and destruction that his actions still have an effect on the world nearly 50 years later. I am sure that he is a great leader.
On projects I have taken the lead on, I have always valued input from other employees. This assumes the fact that the employee is competent in their area, and have a willingness to share ideas with management.
