Meant to be or not
The couples that are meant to be are the ones who go through everything that is meant to tear them apart and come out even stronger than they were before. On the other hand couples that are not meant to be fight and end up by breaking up or divorce. A couple should work like two partners in crime, despite fights and arguments settles disputes without hurting one another physically or emotionally. A couple that is meant to be does not hurt each other 's feelings. A couple that shares not only bed but household work. The partners that are meant to be should be like best friends who never share food but back each other up, get in trouble together and never tear apart, laugh and share moments of joy. One should be very careful when choosing a partner because falling in love is easy, but staying in love is a challenge, letting go is hard, and moving on is the hardest. A couple that is meant to be is ideal, honest to each other and supportive for both household works and professional life.
Relationships are like buildings it cannot stand on a pillar called love. An ideal relationship requires a lot more than love. Most husbands claim to love their wives but when it comes to work they take easiest tasks and leave entire household work for their wives whereas, an ideal husband never

Despite every luxury, comfort and love a relationship cannot survive without honesty. One is never forced into stay in a relationship. It depends on one 's own decisions whether not to stay in relationship. Instead of lying or cheating one should always be truthful and honest. Hurting someone a little with truth is always better than hurting with lies. One should be emotionally honest with ourselves and one another"Building a Magical Relationship" (Collins 6). Sometimes it is important to hide certain things if one have a perfect reason for hiding and hiding is not lying. Relationships require commitment and dedication in order to be
Above all, to have a successful marriage, the couple must love unconditionally. Love covers a multitude of mistakes and wrong doings. No one is perfect, so don’t expect your spouse to be. Spouses should show their partner the type of love they would like to receive.
It takes time and dedication to build a strong relationship. By overcoming obstacles and sticking together through hard times relationships grow stronger until both people truly love each other. Some people say they love someone, but do they really? Can you really love someone after only knowing them for a day? John Steinbeck’s Of Mice and Men is about two men, George and Lennie, who have grown up together and work as a pair to earn money so they can buy their own land. Lennie is extremely strong, and George is incredibly smart. When Lennie gets caught in a dangerous situation with their bosses wife, George does what is best for Lennie to prevent him from
Lying is never the better option to take, as shown in the book, The Memory Keeper’s Daughter. When you lie you destroy relationships with the people you love, some of which relationships can never be made whole again and you will have to live life with your
Honesty is the best policy. It is a virtue that we all must aim for to have a peaceful and serene life. It is a foundation to a healthy relationship dealing with the people in our lives, whether they are our parents, friends or brothers and sisters. There isn’t a healthy relationship without trust and that is how you gain honesty. Being honest avoids trouble and makes your life easier instead of worrying about things that you have lied about and implying stress on yourself.
People tend to lie in everyday conversations to look and feel more likable. What if the truth could set you free, help make friends, or even be a part of a life long friendship? The argument usually brought up is, "Is it always best to tell the truth no matter the consequences?" I've been in certain situations were lies have caught up with me. That is to say, there isn't one way out of a lie, and you usually have to admit the truth one way or another. Some people think that lying isn't a big deal as long as they are small (white lies), but with enough of them you will be caught in the middle with no way out. You will be trapped in your lies, and don't ever think more lies will fix it! Lying isn't a good habit, and could trap you from a world of justice and incorruptible friends.
First of all, in the play “Midsummer Night’s Dream” by William Shakespeare, Lysander says “The course of true love never did run smooth” which means love can be hard and strenuous work. Love does not always work out and sometimes it does. When it does work out though, it can be very hard. You have to share the things you have and try not to make each other mad. When you’re living together that’s pretty hard because your spouse...
In a perfect world each relationship would have no issues. The problem is the real word isn’t perfect. Whether it is a marriage or a friendship many problems can arise. The question is why is this the case. Most people are picking these type of relationships, it would make sense to choose the one with the least amount of complications. Yet everyone still has that one friend that always causes them a headache or a terrible partner that no one can see why they are still together. The key is to figure out the why in those conundrums. This has been done with one simply theory. Social exchange theory spells out the idea of why people stay in a relationship that might be seen as negative from the outside. Each person has their own limits and with
When you 're being honest with people, generally they are trying to be honest with you, so it makes the communication process much easier. I abhor the idea of lying to people just for the purpose of reaching your own goals. Even when he or she succeeds I do not think there can be felt a whole lot of satisfaction from the accomplishment based on lies. Maybe I am sounding too idealistic but I strongly believe that our society would be much better if only people became more honest to each other. Primarily, the issue of honesty is concerned with politics and often we can see many crude and brutal crimes made against humanity, which could have been prevented if from the very start people were not deluded by the politicians '
People are always cautious when it comes to the fine line between deception and the truth. Throughout our lives we are told not to deceive anyone otherwise we would eventually lose them due to our deviousness. However, the same could be said about telling someone the truth. How often can we find someone who has honestly never deceived or lied to someone in their life even if it was unintentional? Why is it wrong to deceive someone? What if they are better off hearing a lie from your lips instead of the cold, hard, and brutal truth? Or what if they are in danger of harming themselves and you need to tell someone, but don’t inform the person in danger that ...
No truer words have ever been spoken when it comes to relationships between man and woman. For when a man and a woman come together for a relationship it should be for the right reason, and that reason is love. Love is much more than just a word though, it is a feeling and emotion that cannot be duplicated, imitated, or simulated. Love is, as described in "If Thou Must Love Me, Let it be for Naught", "To His Lady", and "The Taxi", the emotions of joy, happiness, caring, passion, commitment, pleasure, and even pain all rolled into one, which is shared between two people.
Admit it: You 've lied. We all have at some stage or point in our life. Whether you 're asserting your feelings, getting it off your chest or just being plain and distinctly honest, the truth about honesty is that honesty isn 't always the best artery of choice. What 's more, striving on the avenue of complete disclosure can drive an unwanted wedge and result in permanent closure on a relationship. Today, the consequences of lying are often veiled from reality, the unvarnished truth is, we don 't need weapons to fatally hurt those closest to us as the act can be equally carried out with the sharp verbal cuts of a truthful tongue.
People lie everyday to, in someway or another, keep themselves out of trouble. Many teenagers will lie to their parents about what they are doing for the evening, how much of their homework they have done, or how that glass vase got broken while they were out of town. We even lie to our significant others about who that other boy was that called the house or what exactly we did with our friends last night. All anyone is trying to accomplish by this is to stay out of trouble when we know we’ve done wrong. But we never think of the effects of lying. Although we think we’re being sly, parents are usually smarter than we give them credit for! And eventually our boyfriends and girlfriends will find out! Then the problem becomes the issue of trust. If you lie, there is no trust. That can be one of the serious consequences of lying.
“Relationships are what make up our world today, they shape the ways we see things and the way that we do things, relationships affect how we see the world today”. I believe supporting what your partner does, having a great sum of trust and showing your affections towards your partner is what will make a healthy relationship great.
What is marriage? Marriage is “the institution whereby men and women are joined in a special kind of social and legal dependence for the purpose of founding and maintaining a family” (Marriage 729). The fact is, marriage, to most of society, is something much more than that. To some, marriage is the uniting of their souls; to others, it is merely an escape from their fear, their pain, and their agony. The sad truth about it is that many of those marriages will end in divorce. So how do couples know if what they have will last forever? It is impossible to know for sure. No one can tell them that they definitely have what it takes to make a marriage last. Marriage is about compromise and understanding. It is also about give and take. If one party in the marriage is unwilling to give, and only takes, the marriage will be short lived.
I disagree and would argue that being in love and loving someone has two very different meanings. The word love is used too loosely. Loving someone and being in love with someone are two very different things. Although I am not a love master, being only 19 years old and in two serious relationships in my life, I have come to realize being in love is something special. I believe when you are in love it’s not a choice, that person is picked for you. You are addicted to them, you want all your friends and family to love them as much as you do, you are there when they succeed and there when they fail, you miss them every minute you are apart and you unconditionally love them, even when times get hard.
