The film San Andreas was directed by Brad Peyton. The film is about a statewide earthquake that’s hitting the state of California. Dwayne Johnson plays as Ray Gaines, a rescue helicopter pilot for the Los Angeles Fire Department, who is trying to search for his daughter in San Francisco during the pandemonium. Together with his ex-wife, they journeyed to San Francisco to save their daughter. I think that this movie is awesome because it may serve as a lesson for us to prepare for an unexpected disaster that may occur anytime. It is a good movie and a nice wake up call for everyone. I think that the movie is great because of its realistic cinematography. In my opinion, the movie is satisfying because I have found the ending that I was expecting
Overall I think that the show was worth seeing, even though I let my parents pick the film--which I will never do again by the way-- I think that it was a good production. It was a little boring at first, which might have just been because I didn’t really want to see it in the first place, but the storyline was pretty good. I personally like humor, so I tend to pick shows that I know will have some humor, but I’m proud of myself for seeing something outside of my comfort zone.
The movie is, most likely, done well enough to intrigue its intended audience. It captured the theme and story line of the book. It falls short, though, when compared to the beautiful, sensitive and contemplative prose of Natalie Babbitt. One could only hope that a viewing of the film will lead the watcher to try the book and be delighted all the more.
In my opinion, this movie is boring and confusing for the first time but, from the second time, this movie starts reveal the fascination. At the first time, I do not like this movie so much but after I watched second time, I became to like this movie. If I asked
overall view of this film is that I think that it is a great portrayal
The book and the movie were both very good. The book took time to explain things like setting, people’s emotions, people’s traits, and important background information. There was no time for these explanations the movie. The book, however, had parts in the beginning where some readers could become flustered.
Huxley 's Brave New World is an arrogant vision of a future that is cold and discouraging. The science fiction novel is dystopian in tone and in subject matter. Paradox and irony are the dominant themes used within the novel to suggest the negative impact of excessive scientific and technological progress on man and his relationship with the natural world, very similar to today 's society. It links to the title which was created from the Shakespearean play called The Tempest using the famous quote ‘O’ Brave New World’ but instead of referring to an island paradise, it now describes a nightmare of a place full of mockery for being equal and overbearing control among one another.
was a spectacular film there were some things that I did not enjoy like, the
In the famous novel and movie series, Twilight by Stephenie Meyer, an average teenage girl, Bella Swan, is forced to move from Arizona (where she lived with her mother) to Washington to start an almost new life with her father. She attends a small-town high school with mostly average people, besides one family, the Cullens. As Bella and Edward Cullen get closer, she uncovers a deep secret about him and his family. Their relationship faces many hard challenges and conflicts as the story develops. Both the novel and movie share very similar storylines, however, differ in many ways. From themes to author’s craft, or to relationships, these important parts of the story highlight the significant differences and similarities of Twilight.
...r, this movie is lack of depth of storyline. The audiences can even predict what will happen in the next scenes. Moreover, the ending of this movie is too cheesy and irrational according to me. If only they change the ending to become more interesting and rational, I will give a four or five stars out of five. In spite of a lame twist ending, this movie is a perfect example to show that managers should be able to motivate and challenge their employee. It is important to remember that a happy employee means a productive employee.
Although I enjoyed the main portion of the movie, there were some obvious likes and dislikes in my opinion. I believe that I learned from this movie and it helped me understand more of what the people of that time were feeling.
In my own opinion I think this film is great. I think this because it
The real footage of the real Desmond Doss left me in tears as he spoke of his life and the battle of WWII. Despite the fact that Doss be mocked and shamed by his faith, Doss showed his bravery and compassion through his hope he saved his fellow brothers, while other men took lives. The movie made me feel so proud to put my faith in God because I know he is faithful and will be there protecting me just as He did Desmond Doss. The director did a great job with this film, Mel Gibson knows how to make an Oscar-winning movie. There’s honestly no other words for how great this movie showed, bravery, spiritual inspiration and determination of the young man who never took a life, but saved
I like the film very much. I think its one of the best films I’ve seen ever. The comedy in the film is just my humour, and the action was okay.
