Her name is Tracie Byriel and she is like a second mother to me. She has comforted me in my times of sorrow and celebrated with me in my times of joy. She has given me more than I will ever be able to thank her for. My mom has been through so much and still seems to bounce back like never before. I will be having my first child in March of 2016 and all I can ever hope for is that I will be the mother my mom is today and has been for 18 years. My mom is a special education teacher at J.I. Barron Elementary, she is also going back to school to get another degree in teaching. She juggles a lot of thing on top of being a mom to both my brother and I. I can always tell when my mom is starting to get overwhelmed by everything going on, but she never loses faith and she never stops going just because things get tough. Every day that my mom comes home she makes sure that everything for my brother and I is done before she worries about her school work or her work she has to do for her job.
