Gratitude is a gift that the earth urgently needs. Consistent gratitude is a form of recognition of the gift and the giver. Daily gratitude can help eliminate the need for more and practicing more of only what we need. Gratitude leads to a society of contentment rather than one that's always in need of more. We human individuals have conventions for appreciation; we apply them formally to each other. We say thank you. “We understand that receiving a gift
Maturity is not a fickle expression such as happiness or frustration, but rather an inherent quality one gains over time, such as courage or integrity. Before maturity can be expressed, the one who expresses it must have significant confidence in himself, since self-confidence is the root of maturity. Being flexible and formulating one's own opinions or ideas are aspects of maturity, but neither is possible without self-confidence. The greatest aspect of maturity is the ability to make decisions which society does not agree with. Whether or not one follows through with these ideas is not important. What is important is the ability to make the decision. These decisions represent the greatest measure of maturity.
In some cases, that experience allows us to see them unsure about whether their child is competent enough to keep herself safe or responsible enough to play for our children alone and climb in the trees that allows us to take a good decision when we don’t agree with it. Also when our children are going to grow up it is a good decision to orient about your education because it is one decision that they need to take, the parent don’t allow take decision about it, because when their children don’t take that thing they like or can be frustrated in the future. For Example “when we have a lot of responsibility in our childhood or younger age all these responsibilities you had while younger were always like them”. In addition, the real problem with the overprotection is when we need to know to be careful, because when the parent overprotects the child they can’t grow up to take better decisions when in your life there is a problem.
Whether some people say that maturity depends on age because as one grows so do responsibilities, but I say that maturity doesn’t depend on age because one can mature on how their surroundings are. For example, in a book called,” The Glass Castle”, there was a girl , Janet Walls, and her siblings who had to grow up at a young age. Janet’s mother and father hardly payed attention to their kids. Like when her mother doesn’t cook meals, or paying attention to them when they were in danger. Janet and her siblings had to

Its practice has been seen to be efficacious in healing and improving the quality of life of many people. Whether in terms of enhancing mental health or preventing illness, gratitude is one of life’s vitalizing ingredients. Clinical trials indicate that the practice of gratitude can have dramatic and lasting positive effects on a person’s life. It can lower blood pressure, improve immune function, promote happiness and well being, and spur acts of helpfulness, generosity and cooperation (Emmons & Stern, 2013). Emmons and Stern (2013) from their experiments, assert that gratitude has one of the strongest links to mental health and life satisfaction in any personality trait, more so than even optimism hope or compassion. They maintain that people who experience gratitude can cope more effectively with everyday stress, show increased resilience in the face of trauma-induced stress, recover more quickly from illness, and enjoy more robust physical health.
What does Coming of Age mean? There comes a time is each person's life when they reach the point where they are no longer children, but adults. Coming of age is a transition from childhood, entering into adulthood, which specifies a variety of responsibilities, an immense level of maturity, and consequences one itself must face later. Coming of age is accompanied by both physiological and physical changes which is recognized as a fully mature person who can take responsibility for their own actions and have the full rights as an adult. The amount of responsibilities one must face while being at its full mature state,
Adulthood has often been associated with independence. It serves as a turning point in life where one has to take responsibility for oneself and no longer being dependent on his or her family. Early adulthood, usually begins from late teens or early twenties and will last until the thirties (Santrock, 2013). Early adulthood revolves around changes and exploration while middle and late adulthood are more of stability. The transition from adolescence and adulthood differs among every individual. The onset of the transition is determined by many factors such as culture, family background, and the personality of the individual. Emerging adulthood (as cited in Santrock, 2014) is the term to describe the transition period from adolescence to adulthood.

When you think of the word adult many things may come to mind; age, responsibility, being the bigger person and goals are just a few. Everyone eventually becomes an adult but just because you turn eighteen does not mean you should be considered as one. “I think one of the defining moments of adulthood is the realization that nobody 's going to take care of you. Sometimes people aren’t shown how to take care of themselves, this being either too babied or not having anyone to look up to. Growing up is hard but no one says you have to do it alone. It is nice to get advice here and there from those that have been through the newly-adulted stage. Being an adult is not just an age.
