It has been said that, “Our technological powers increase, but the side effects and potential hazards also escalate.” Technology can be identified as the application of acquired knowledge for technical and practical means. Based on the discharge of the fifth atomic bomb, contrived by the United States, on August 6th, to hinder the perpetuation of the World War, the atomic bomb generated lethal radioactiveness. Thus the bomb caused a major portion of the Japanese population to perish, and as well the immediate release of the bomb over the city of Hiroshima, Japan caused the annihilation of the city at a certain mile radius. In the text, “There Will Come Soft Rains” written by Ray Bradbury, an American science fiction, horror, mystery fiction,

and as well as fantasy author, the story outlines the obliteration of humanity after the release of a nuclear force in a city, in the precocious and innovative future in the year of 2026, where humanity and their forged remnants had been eradicated. In my opinion, technology has generated a detrimental effect towards society because it had eradicated the population, and had as well extinguished the remnants in society.
It can be said that the implementation of technological, military weapons within society had been adverse to the civilization since it had caused the numerous deaths of individuals within its generation. For instance, according to the text, “There Will Come Soft Rains” by Ray Bradbury, the text mentions, “The five spots of paint—the man, the woman, the children, the ball—remained. The rest was a thin charcoaled layer,”(Bradbury 12). In other words, the absence of humanity means that the people who were residents of the city had perished, only the remains of burnt charcoal had been left in the remnants of the city, caused by the decimation of the nuclear force released in the city, and the radioactiveness that the city emitted. Consequently, this demonstrates how modernized mechanizations were deleterious to the community since the development of military weaponry, including nuclear and atomic bombs caused the eradication humanity, individuals had perished, and the impact of the bomb had caused their bodies to burn immediately, declining in the population. Furthermore, according to the text Bradbury outlines, “The house stood alone in a city of rubble and ashes. This was the one house left standing. At night the ruined city gave off a radioactive glow which could be seen for miles,”(Bradbury 10). This signifies how the atomic and nuclear weaponry within the city, had eradicated the constructions located in the city, until the remains of the city where debris and wreckage, the release of the nuclear bomb emits a radioactive and lethal glow, due to the radioactivity. This demonstrates how the innovative weapons, designed by humans is disadvantageous to the people since the bombs caused a catastrophic demolition in the city, the nuclear bombs caused radioactiveness that is certainly lethal to humans, and the population was as well annihilated, in the elimination of their city and the absence of residences. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of scientific knowledge within society is adverse and inimical, since the release of the nuclear and atomic bombs caused the complete destruction of dwellings, and as well the mass death of humans within the population, thus leaving the absence of their presence and the forged city.
Conversely, others may regard the implementation of innovative knowledge within a community as advantageous to the human race.

Visual education is becoming more popular and it has proved to be the best method of learning in many subjects[..]The business community has invested money in various educational technologies which can be used by both teachers and their students.” In other words, this signifies that the use of technology within the educational system enables students to learn the knowledgeable concepts, and as well provides visual education that is a beneficial instructional method of learning among students. This demonstrates how the utilization of technology in society is productive since the technological devices allow the students to acquire a comprehension, by visual education enabling students to apply the presented concepts visually, as the learning method has improved, it is functional, and advantageous to the student's learning process. Based on the article, “Technology and Society-Impact of Technology on Society,” the article outlines, “Transportation provides mobility for people and goods. [..]Technology has helped in advancing [..](1) road transport used by automobiles ,(2) air transport which is used by airplanes, (3)water transportation which is used by ships and speed boats and (4) space transportation used to go to the moon.[..] Technologies like automobiles, buses and trucks have improved the way humans move and how they transport their goods from place to another.” This means that the application of innovative knowledge within the deviating systems of transportation in a community has facilitated the transportation of individuals, mechanisms in transportation has modernized the conveyance between locations. Thus, this exemplifies how the application of technological knowledge

within the general public is beneficial since it has improved the transport of people and provisions, efficiently and conveniently, in comparison to prior periods, were transportation was an arduous process, that required the essential improvement. Subsequently, according to other individuals’ perspectives they perceive technology as essential to the public since it modernizes the educational process between students and the instructors, and it as well facilitates the transportation system, conveniently available to the generation's use. It is evident that the application of technology is detrimental and corruptive to mankind, causing the massive deaths, thus decreasing the population, and destructing the buildings constructed by humanity itself. Ultimately, based on the evidence, it is conveyed that the implementation of applied science was significantly disadvantageous, given that the population of inhabitants in the city diminished, as well, the nuclear forces caused the massive obliteration of the city’s residences. According to Albert Einstein, a German-born theoretical physicist who developed the general theory of relativity, and whose work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science, “It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.”
