Comcast Cable is the nation's largest video, high-speed Internet and phone provider to residential customers under the XFINITY brand and also provides these services to businesses. Entrepreneurs who transformed Comcast from a small cable company to a massive corporation that employs over 68,000 people (“Comcast Corporation” 1). There are few reasons which attract my attention to use their service such as Labor benefits, Social impact and contribution to the society. Comcast is such a large corporation that they have 136000 Full Time Employees. This is just average number of employees in the US that works under this company. The reason why Comcast interests me more is because they provide a lot of comprehensive benefits to both part time and full time employees. These are the benefits they provide: Courtesy Services: a Courtesy service is a great perk of working in Comcast. Through the program, employees can obtain free digital TV and Internet service, discounted phone service, mobile broadband and home security service; and home technology support so employees can enjoy and understand all of the great products and services Comcast offers (“Plan Benefits” 1). Flexible Spending Account: Employees may elect up to $2,500 per year for tax-free reimbursement of qualifying healthcare expenses for themselves and eligible dependent. Furthermore, Comcast recently organized an entrepreneurship program which allowed individual to bring unique, innovative technology to Comcast and help them to fund businesses. Moreover, Comcast creates an attractive work environment and reward their employees’ dedication by offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, professional training, and opportunities to build leadership skills (“Develop And Engage Employees” 29) .
