" Never give up" " Don't let us down" they say. "Never give up on yourself" "Don't let yourself down" is what my mom taught my siblings and me. She is my number one fan , no matter what sport or activity I get into; she attends all of my games, listens to all of my problems, and helps me conquer my greatest fears. So here's to the greatest woman on earth, my mother, my biggest fan. My mother is my best friend, and I can only hope that one day I can be as great as her. She's not only a wonderful mother, but a wonderful person. Yes, she has done wrong, but for the right reasons. I don't think I will ever be able to find someone as spectacular as her. She has supported my love for soccer, next was football, then came track and field, finally basketball came along and I fell in love. No matter what sport it was, I saw her in the stands yelling " that's my baby!", and " you go J!". I won't ever be able to thank her for the amount of love and support she gives to me. Senior year of basketball, the Coshocton Redskins went 2-21. Some nights I came home and I just wanted to cry because I felt as if I put in all the work I could and was never getting results; however, I remembered that my mom taught me to never give up on myself and I let that motivate me to do …show more content…
