How do you spell funny? I spell it C A R O L (a little flattery won't hurt). I’ve been watching you since I was six, and have been inspired by your comedy. I would be delighted if I could visit and watch you work. Meeting you would be a highlight of my life so far, and I’m sure I would learn more than I can imagine. Not to mention, it would help further define my career path.
Ever since I was old enough to talk, I’ve loved making people laugh. When I was six I received a Lucy Show disk for Christmas, and it introduced me to the world of Lucille Ball. My brother and I spent afternoons watching it on our tube TV. We searched for more Lucille Ball and ended up watching every episode of I Love Lucy. When you came on as her roommate in The Lucy Show, I had to know who you were. …show more content…

Just like Lucille Ball was your mentor, I would love to be one of the people you mentor. Someday when I’m older, I would love to be a coach for someone who is budding into a talented entertainer, too. Job shadowing you might help me sort out what my job might actually be. Because I don’t know about you, but I’ve always had trouble narrowing down my dreams into one single job ambition. I could come closer to determining my ideal career by seeing how you work and deciding if that’s what I want to do.
