Philosophy of Education is a person's opinion of a teacher's guiding principles about the “Big Picture”, which would be things such as how students learn and the potential that are most effectively maximized, as well as the role of educators in the school, classroom, and society. Classroom management is when schools and teachers create and maintain appropriate behavior of students in the classroom setting. In my classroom my kids would be very laid back, because I would want them to be comfortable asking me questions, and doing activities. I feel like having a laid back classroom would be easier to function in because that's the best type of classroom for me to be in. My classroom set up, will be a warm classroom setting. I will let my kids pick their own setting arrangement the first day, and that will be there permanent seat. I will only change the seating if the kids start to act up, which gives the kids responsibility to take care of there seats. My rules in the classroom will be to get your work turned in on a certain date that I set, to be respectful of me when I am trying to teach the class, and to respect the kids and the things around them. I want to keep my classroom simple so my kids can learn to the best of their ability. Discipline in a classroom is a big part of education, because if you don't make your kids mind they won't sit down and listen to you teach. All of my kids will be treated the same, and they will all get three chances before they get sent to the office. If the kids in my classroom mind and listen to everything I tell them they will get to get something out of the chest at the end of the week. With having smaller kids you need to reward them on good behavior so they know was unacceptable and what is. Classroom Curriculum in my classroom will be, Common Core, because that's what the 42 states have
