To repent is both the goals of the US Criminals Justice System, and the Circle justice, but they both do it in very, very different ways. Circle Justice is a Native American form of justice, originating in Canada that seeks healing in contrast to the regular punishment way. An advantage of this system is When used, it reduces the price of Criminal Justices, including jail prices, and the court costs. Another advantage is that it reduces the victim’s PTSD and the related costs. There is not one specific way to treat a crime, they are all different ways and systems. One advantage of the Criminals justice system is that the defendant has a right to a speedy trial, which gives them indefinite time away from jail. Another advantage is that the defendant can appeal to his or her conviction, meaning, if a state's intermediate appellate court upholds a conviction, a defendant can appeal to the state's highest court and then to the U.S. Supreme Court. The last advantage is that you can Plea Bargain, which is where the defendant and the prosecutor work together to avoid a lengthy trial. The criminal justice system has been evolving since the first colonists came to America. At first, the colonists used a criminal justice system that mirrored those in England, France, and Holland. Slowly the French and Dutch influences faded away leaving what was considered the English common law system. The common law system was nothing more than a set of rules used to solve problems within the communities. This system was not based on laws or codes, but simply that of previous decisions handed down by judges. Although rudimentary, this common law system did make the distinction between misdemeanors and the more serious crimes known as felonies.

A lot of people have been helped, suppose ably, but it depends really on the crime they have made. I think the circle of justice is kind of the easy way out of going to jail, so is the US Criminal Justice System, but it seems to be a little harder core than the Circle of Justice. They both seem to lower the cost but can be very expensive when it comes to a more serious crime. If it’s such a serious crime and it will take a long time for the person to recover and they know that she/he will not do it again. Why don’t they just go to jail like a person usually wont and pay the amount of time and punishment that they are meant to

Over the next 10 years the criminal Justice system could entirely change with the passing of a major law, epidemic, or failed service. Consequently, every since 9-11 our justice system has become much more open minded. Therefore, resulting in the strict enforcement of laws to protect its citizens. Nothing ever stays the same for too long. New developments related to science, technology, DNA analysis, and countless other tools and other factors are changing for the better in solving cases, prevention of crimes, and aiding in investigations. Where there is change there will be changes in the way we handle everyday processing. For example, booking a criminal, acquiring evidence, and interrogation. The Criminal Justice system was established to achieve justice. Incarceration and rehabilitation are two operations our government practices to achieve justice over criminal behavior. Incarceration is the punishment for infraction of the law and in result being confined in prison. It is more popular than rehabilitation because it associates with a desire for retribution. However, retribution is different than punishment. Rehabilitation, on the other hand is the act of restoring the destruction caused by a crime rather than simply punishing offenders. This may be the least popular out of the two and seen as “soft on crime” however it is the only way to heal ruptured communities and obtain justice instead of punishing and dispatching criminals

There are various questions to consider before the effective implementation of a criminal justice system in a country. The most important question in this regard is who is going to implement that justice system. For example, in the United States of America, the whole system is getting affected by the decisions made by politicians and governments. On the other hand, in Denmark and other Nordic countries, the decisions about the prison system are based on the opinions of the professionals and the politicians do not have much to say in these matters. Another factor that must be considered before the effective implementation of any criminal justice system is the impact of that system on the general public and the criminals who are eventually going to be the part of the general public.
