After learning that her number one nemesis, Blac Chyna was arrested on January 29, Kylie Jenner wasn't shocked at all that Tyga's baby mama was booked for public intoxication and drug possession because she believed that she is nothing but "trouble." “When Kylie heard about Blac’s arrest, she wasn’t surprised in the slightest,” the insider told HollywoodLife exclusively. “She knows she’s trouble and thinks that’s just the kind of behavior she’s capable of because she brings drama everywhere she goes.” Chyna is undoubtedly Jenner's least favorite person on earth, and as much as she wants to get rid of her from her life, it seems like Chyna keeps popping up especially now that she's dating her big brother Rob Kardashian. Just like most of

The human race is an incredible group that expresses their feelings in numerous ways! Singers and rappers express their feelings through song; poets express their feelings through their poetry, and artist express their feelings through their art. Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., better known by his stage name Lil Wayne, is a 33-year-old American hip hop recording artist from New Orleans, Louisiana, he produced a political and controversial rap song entitled “Georgia …Bush” An incredible seven and a half minutes of music as a tribute to New Orleans, and to criticize the way president George bush handled hurricane Katrina, the war in Iraq, and the way he was governing the country. The setting for this song takes place in New Orleans; right after Hurricane, Katrina destroyed most of the city. The music video featured a large pool of water, destroyed communities, as well as human remains. This song was a massive controversy. Did Lil Wayne go too far when he published this song? Did he let his feeling get the best of him?
I received a free copy of The Girl from Everywhere by … from Hot Key Books in exchange for an honest review, this has in no way influenced my thoughts and feelings about the book.
Thomas Pringle wrote "The idea of Mary Prince's history was first suggested by herself. She wished it to be done, she said, that good people in England might hear from a slave what a slave had felt and suffered.” Mary Prince, was the first black woman to have her story published in Britain. Due to Mary Prince’s graphic detail, her anecdotes were sadistic to the extent that very few believed her . Mary Prince conveys that both slave owners and their slaves suffer physical and emotional effects of slavery, confirming Pringle’s write that "slavery is a curse to the oppressors scarcely less than the oppressed; it's natural tendency is to brutalize both.”
Shakur’s post celebrity run-ins with the law were almost as frequents as when he was growing up. In 1992 he was arrested when a stray bullet killed a six-year old child during a scuffle between Shakur and two others. The charges were later dropped. In 1993 Tupac was arrested for allegedly shooting two off duty Butts County Atlanta police officers who were harassing a black motorist, but the charges were again dropped. Ironically one of the officers was shot in the...

In the Chrysalids, David’s mother, Emily, is not very “mother-like” to David, but although there are other characters that fulfil that role. During the beginning of the story, David encounters Mary Wender, Sophie’s mother, who is introduced to David, on page 10 as a kind, caring, and protective mother to Sophie. Another character who is much like a motherly figure to David is Rosalind, David’s half cousin, as she is a strong, mature, and independent girl as inferred from page 83 to the end of the novel. Though there are many characters that are like a motherly figure to David, these characters have a close relationship with David, depicted as people more motherly to him than his mother, Emily.
During this marriage, Logan describes Janies as a mule in terms of being powerless and voiceless. Nannie is a prime example of example of being accepted and treated as a mule. She talked about her own struggle “Ah don’t want to be used for a work-ox and brood-saw…Ah wanted to preach a great sermon about colored women sittin’ on high , but they was no pulpit for me (Hurston 1990, p.15). Logan never respected her as an individual she was property. He was not looking for the kind of love in which she was searching and yearning to have. She immediately discovered that she will be used as a mule.
Lil Wayne turned his anger into a rap. When Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans August 29th of 2005, countless personal items belonging to him and his family were destroyed that he can never recover. Lil Wayne produced a song entitled “Georgia Bush” because he was very distraught about the outcome of Hurricane Katrina. Lil Wayne was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He had family and friends who died trying to save themselves. Many of his childhood memories were destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Lil Wayne decided to dedicate his song entitled “Georgia Bush” to the former president of the United State George W Bush, with the introduction saying “This song right here is dedicated to the president of the United States of America. Y 'all might know him as George Bush, but where I 'm from, the lost city of New Orleans we call him this: Georgia (That’s right) Georgia (Bush). Not only did Lil Wayne criticize the way that President George W Bush handled the hurricane Katrina disaster, he also criticizes the way that he ran the country and was sending troops to fight in the war. He stated in his song “Thick white skin and his eyes bright blue, So called beef with you-know-who , he just let them kill all of our troops Look at the bullshit we been through” Had our niggas sitting on top their roofs, Hurricane Katrina, we should’ve called it Hurricane (Georgia) Bush. The people of New Orleans were outraged about the outcome of their city. Their houses
When my mom asked if I wanted to see this year’s Lakeside musical, I honestly was a bit unwilling. It’s not that I didn’t want to support my two or three friends up on stage and in the crew; I just don’t have a very good track record with high school performances. I’m a critic: I have always been very critical of myself, and very critical of others. I unwittingly judge the actors onstage, and end up feeling guilty because I probably could have done no better. On top of this warped superiority/inferiority was the nature of the musical they were performing; all throughout third grade I had been obsessed with the movie-musical Hairspray. I knew all the songs, most of the lines, and wasn’t sure if anyone could top Queen Latifah. But I was mistaken.
