How the points/quotes have affected Christians from the time of Christ until the present day

Christianity has impossible and outdated values and these should no longer be taken seriously is an argument that relates to the fact that Jesus was a model for Christian life, but not all Christian branches follow the same model. Christianity started over 2000 years ago and projects ideas that are either not relevant or difficult for people in this day and age to follow. Certain religions that branch off Christianity such as the Catholics and Anglicans agree immensely and alter their religion every so hundred years or when it needs to be changed.

A value Christians must follow is to not be self-righteous yet that is what the majority of Christian religions do. They do their best and try and get people in the church while young claiming that is the best and only real religion that should be followed. There is no argument as to which church is better and there should not be such an argument as religion should not be involved in such foolery, yet people of Christian faith still take part in this act despite it being the opposite of what Jesus had put forward. People of the catholic religion believe sin causes spiritual penalties, and not all of these penalties are removed even if the guilt of a sin has been forgiven yet this is the exact opposite of what Jesus preaches. Jesus says that once one apologises for his sins and stops that of which he sinned, he is forgiven. Catholics also repeat the same prayer but Jesus told his followers not to vainly repeat themselves in prayer. Another religion that goes against the ways of Jesus himself are people of the Anglican religion. Jesus had one way of living life which he has passed on to other Christian religions but if you ask three Anglicans about doctrine you’ll get five different answers. The reason why Christianity has impossible and outdated values are the same reasons as to why certain Christian branches do not follow Jesus exactly, because of the large time gap in between. Today is very much different from yesterday day which was unrelated to anything above 2000 years ago! It is almost impossible to follow rules that do not fit in this day and age and doing so will cause a loss of religion completely.
