Learning about Buddhist beliefs I learned that Buddhism is the fourth largest religion in the world there founder named Gautama Buddha. Buddha Became enlightened after receiving a spiritual awaking. Upon receiving enlightenment he wanted to spread his teachings to who ever would listen. Some comparisons to Christianity would both Jesus Christ leaders of the movement be their passion on spreading the message about faith. Both men had the drive to teach and train men to teach others.

The after life is an topic that both faiths talk and teach their followers about. In compression both faiths teach about living a clean righteous life so one may enter into an eternal place of peace. In fact is one of the major religions in the world God out of the mix. In Christianity Jesus teaches that his Father God created havens and the earth. In that in order to make to the Kingdom of heaven you must believe in him and the father. Gautama Buddha teaches more of your good deeds on earth and how you treat others. In which I understand why that would attract many followers to Buddhism due the lifestyle being a little bit easier in my opinion. In Christianity I feel you have to live a much more disciplined life and crucify the flesh daily in order to receive eternal life. Jesus Christ teaches that you must love your neighbor as you love your self. Same for your enemies you must show love and respect to those you hate as well! Those type of teachings is really hard for human beings to understand that it why the Holy Spirit must step in Christians lives to help direct them and teach them. To fully understand the signs of the times and to discern any situation that may come into Christian believers
