Christian leadership is a life style not power
Leadership in Gods’ perspective being servant, lead by example.
From God perspective leadership is serving others, making disciples.
My philosophy for leadership to serve and it is a good opportunity to serve
My main purpose through everything I do to shine for Jesus. I want people to see Christ in me
By my smile greeting them help them show them love and respect, my passion not to hurt instead
Be encourager. My follower is a little kids which I work with, my own kids and family.
Right now I learn a lot of thing I suppose to do from the leadership class I need to be on mission
Christian leadership is not the title being a boss it is about serving others
My philosophy for leadership is being an example. To get a leader as Christian means getting an opportunity to disciple about Jesus Christ by our walk. By serving and being Hamble to others
Some maybe the only bible they read us leader ship give an opportunity to show that.
My passion to smile and love people with the love of Christ, I love to encourage
Praise them for any little thing they do, build positive relationship with them

It is an eye opening for me how discipleship is Jesus made a disciples not Christians I always thinking give a testimony, and invite people to Jesus but I didn’t follow through their walk. I learn how discipleship produces more spiritual fruit. Want of the main desire I have to is to Christ like in my walk. My challenge is I would like to maintain to have a respectful relationship. I am an easy going simple person because of that people approach me in any way they want that disappointment. I also avoid to talk to the person I am afraid to hurt the person. These situations create bitterness in me and avoid the person and it remains unresolved. Since I start taking this class I changed I had 2 incidents I am approached disrespectful way I did go to the person talk to them and
