Intuitive learning is stable and unchanging whereas conscious learning is exposed to further self-development and improvement. Functional learners are those who have the innate yearning to investigate and learn through sensation seeking and who have learnt how to direct their learning towards achieving productive results. Dysfunctional learners have an inherent desire to learn through their sensation seeking however have difficulty monitoring their ambitions. A less to moderate score of sensation seeking implies that I exhibit an instinctive, equitable level of eagerness and desire when faced with the panorama of future sensation seeking learning prospects and experiences, it also infers that I relish a reasonably chaotic schedule and that I will not proceed with urgency into situations as I wish to consider the positive and negative consequences prior to taking action. This is however contradicted by my exceedingly low conscientious achiever result. Upon personal reflection of this declaration I believe this is a suitable judgment of my learning and subsequent workplace productivity however I deem that my poor conscientiousness score is a faultless depiction of myself, as I tend to rush into situations without the required evaluation of possible outcomes.
As displayed my most preferred learning style is goal orientated. As predicted I have notable self-confidence, which allows me to establish and achieve challenging goals, I believe this is advantageous and an accurate representation of myself as this tactic channels thinking resources towards more of an accomplishment

While reading Kolb 's Learning Styles Model and Experiential Learning Theory, I have identified myself as an accommodating learner. At first I was somewhat surprised, but the more I read about the learning styles, particularly after I completed Kolb’s Learning Style Inventory it made more sense. I have a very hands-on style, which matches perfectly with my enjoyment of performing tests to find the root cause of behavior that I’m investigating. Two strengths I learned during my Self Awareness assessment were being a good listener and showing loyalty. I really try to be a good listener in all situations. I like to hear the whole story or complete process in whatever it may be. I am cautious about making decisions without having all the details. I don't mind taking the time out to get the details. Yes, it may take some time up front and may not lead to a quick decision but in the long run it prevents mistakes and errors as well as misjudging which can lead to more heartache and pain down the road. Each of the three learning theories, Cognitivism, Constructivism, and Behaviorism, has worth and merit in my opinion. Yet, each one has its own unique qualities with one common factor, the learning process. It seems to me that the best teacher is one who would utilize all the theories of learning.
