Choosing a Young Adult Target Audience
Introduction
My Assignment was to I choose a target audience of young adults who
are interested in computers. Thus I made my design with a more modern
feel and text and images reflected that of my audience,
To manage my time on this task better I created a gannt chart to plan
my time better I used this as a reference to see if I was completing
tasks on time, this made work a lot easier, and also gave me an idea
about how much time I had to spend on certain tasks.
Planning
Firstly I did a story board of what I wanted to be on each scene below
is my story board, my actual presentation might slightly deviate from
the below story board I also created a gannt chart to help me with
managing my time

Research
Before I started my presentation I did some research by viewing a few
flash presentations for other companies especially computer based
companies also I read some notes about how to make a presentation more
effective to my target audience. (Young adults 25-35)

Progression
Scene from old presentation
[IMAGE]It took more than one draft to come up with my final
presentation; I originally started with a completely different
structure. I was unhappy as my presentation looked unprofessional and
rushed so I scraped the whole style and started again, I went thought
a lot to get to my final draft, and without this progression my final
design might not be as effective as it is know a lot of changes happed
before I came to my final draft, things like text effects colours and
some pictures.
Implementation

There are many different regulations and strategies which are used to safeguard young adults and one of these strategies is the recruitment of staff and preventing people who may harm vulnerable people from getting assess to them. for example, the adults barred list. The is a list of people which either has a high risk of harming others or a probable risk of harming others. The people on the list are barred from working in health and social care settings and around vulnerable people. There are many different places where information is received from and this may include the police, courts, or health and social services. all this information is used to decide whether they are at risk of harming vulnerable people in order to decide whether they
Have you ever met someone who acted just as teens are stereotyped? Not many people have because they do not exist. Real teens are poorly portrayed in the media and are the complete opposite of their stereotypes. Books and TV shows make teens out to be wild or crazy, irresponsible and out of control. One hardly ever hears about teen-heroes. Instead, newspapers and magazines are plastered with stories of teens and crime. And while looking at commercial billboards and other related media, the regular teen seems to be sex-crazed and image-obsessed.
American teenagers are often criticized for being irresponsible and immature. Some in the older generation will also state that kids are taking too long to move out of the house. These views of young adults are pessimistic and demeaning to the current generation. While the adolescent stage has been extended, American kids are taking an ample amount of time to accept the responsibilities of becoming an adult.
Planning – Employees must plan the use of their time and resources. There are many ‘tools’ available to help with this from simple daily ‘To Do’ lists to more long-term Action Plans or Development Plans. (These will be explained in more detail later).
Youth individually is important in this society. If not, the youth of this society are just like everyone else, which discourage them to be themselves. A very humorous, intellectual man, author Mark Twain created a satire which became a lecture in 1882, to show the humor of society to the youth. In “Advice of Youth” Mark Twain informs the youth through logical appeals, irony, and parallelism.

The text depicts a historical perspective on Middle Childhood, as during the twentieth century, children were viewed primarily as an economic source of income, in terms of providing for the family. According to the text this happens often in European counties and in parts of the United States. Elizabeth D. Hutchinson, Dimensions of Human Behavior The Changing Life Course 3rd, 2008. In this short review we will look at how this historical perspective in itself is not a question to how, but when these individual give.
This essay will look at the different ways in which young people are portrayed in the media. It will focus on how the idea of childhood innocence has been challenged by the media and rather than ‘little angels’ children are now seen as ‘little devils’ in the public eye. By looking at ‘The Bulger Case of 1993’ we can see where the idea of ‘little devils’ and children as evil beings began. It will examine why media stories of young people are focused much more on negative aspects such as crime and gang culture rather than positive ones. It will also look at how television programmes such as ‘Teen Mom’ and ‘Skins’ portray the youth of today and whether these programmes come across as a positive or negative portrayal of teenagers. The idea of a ‘self-fulfilling prophecy’ will also be examined and whether the way the media portrays children can be harmful to the construction of their identities and possibly lead to alienation.
I will now conduct a plan in the forms of a flow chart to show what I
are efficient. But the most effective are create week schedule and plan my work each day because in this two strategies I can make adjustment at the weekend because as we know the weekend is the largest block of spare time, it may be helpful to complete tasks that take longer than planned and I also use the daily activity table with column of tasks prioritizing. The least effective strategies are testing my work each fifteen days and adjusting my plans each day.
In the workplace, time management is an important factor in everyone’s day-to-day work. If a person’s time is well managed, it is possible to achieve a greater amount in a shorter space of time. How effectively people manage their time has a major influence on aspects of their working lives and their personal lives. Effective time management can have a hugely positive effect on a person, it can lead to a focused and disciplined mentality, giving a higher level of productivity, greater efficiency and an all round positive attitude in life. This benefits the individual, their team, the company they work for and also their friends and family. An example of this is an employee who prioritises their jobs at the start of the day; this gives them a structured day and ensures they have time to complete all of the important jobs. However, if time is poorly managed it can lead to inefficiencies, work overload and added pressure, this could eventually lead on to other issues such as stress.
Instruction: Assign yourself and each of your team members a value for each listed attribute. At the end, sum all of the values.
The purpose of the new system that I will develop is to improve on the
Youth and their issues have been seen in movies for an eternity. When issues arise, socially, economically, or culturally, the youth of the time in which they take place are the ones that are expected to be able to make a change and ultimately fix them. Throughout history, the pressures on teens have been seen greatly, from the Great Depression era of the 1930s, the violence and rebellious actions of them in the 1950s, and the changing of culture that they were expected to come a custom to in the 1980s. The three movies that I chose that I believe shows how youth has evolved and depicts youth in the time period that the films took place, as well as the pressures that they faced were: Wild Boys on the Road, Rebel Without a Cause, and The Breakfast
Our young adults today, are bombarded with numerous challenges. What can you do to help them encounter these obstacles and come up shining on the other side? What factors contribute to efficaciously disabling the ample hurdles that are thrown at our young adults today? Let’s discover together some of these life trials that many young adults meet today. More specifically, we will look into economic challenges, the peril of not having an established support network, and even the potential risks of not following God and how this can adversely affect how out young adults respond when faced with challenges.
